Air conditioning worked, plenty of room

Unsafe deck handrail, deck furniture. 1 plate, 1 saucer, no washing materials, dirty oven in kitchen. 2 coffee, 2 tea bags, no milk provided for 4 days. No wifi, very rare times available told not to use as security features too old. Staff unhelpful etc..

Very good budget option. The staff is so kind and nice and the location is amazing. Not really sure what people who rate this bad expect. For the money you pay, you cant get any better! Plus we had a breakfast for all 8 nights.

Eggs on breakfast could be a bit more cooked.

The only thing going for this place is it's location.

Everything else. The facilities are very old and rotted out. Be careful and don't hold the railings. The couch is unusable you can feel the springs and definitely can't sleep on it. Outlets next to the the bed are ancient and can't be used. The toaster uses a different type of outlet and there was no adapter. Big huge issue is that the toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom. Staff would not bring someone to fix it and it was maintenance staffs day off. Reception gave is additional towels to put down (only after our insistence ) and said she had to go home to move her furniture. We had to turn off the water to the toilet and use a bucket every time we used the toilet. Absolutely ridiculous. Toilet only flushed sporadically. When the maintenance came the next day he was very nice. Others at the property had complaints as well.Do not recommend! The pictures posted atye misleading. I would absolutely not have stayed here had I known.

Nothing. It’s run down and not well cared for. The maids never really cleaned my room. There were cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling and dust on the curtain valances that looked like it had been there for years. The stovetop in kitchen was a disaster and should be replaced. The upkeep on the property which still has some potential with some investment and pride of ownership in the place. Never again! Staff were nice and very apologetic but they can’t fire the maids or contract a carpenter or painter for the property!

Not much, they tried their best with the cleaning but the place is an disaster, is like my old grandma village house that she have it for 60 years and never make an improvement.

Everything, it bring me 25 years ago when i was going to the village and the toilet was outside made by wood and a hole in the middle. For 100€ per night you acspect some nice facilities, is 100€ per night, not 40 or 50. The place more then 30€ per night didn't worth.

Very simple hotel , finally, nothing to really like

The food is not high level, better to use option "room only" Very hard to park, so the hotel's claim of free parking isn't so helpful.

No signs anywhere within radius 5 km leading to the hotel not even to the reception at arrival

Friendly staff, location was good,good views and quiet

This apartment was maintained very bad, inside very dirty and even I saw small cockroach in my room.after 3 days we stayed cleaning staff changes bed,towels and swift the floors (not moping)

The whole apartment was very dirty! Toilet , sink and bathroom full of hair! very dusty floors and bugs on the table and on the kitchen counters

It was small and friendly.All staff where very nice.Eddie and Ruel on reception stood out .The lady that tidy the Breakfast aree was very friendly and helpful .Breakfast we had complimentary.It was adequate for our requirements but the same everyday.However you could choose what you wanted Buffett style .The location was great for peace and quiet.The room was large and airy

The hotel could do with refurbishment.The maintenance work was poor.Dont expect a 5 star hotel as this is obviously a budget hotel.Nevertheless it was great value for money

Rula and Naomi and all the staff were amazing and very friendly. The food was lovely and reasonably priced for dinner. €7 for lunch . The Kitchen staff was really approachable. Cooking facilities in the apartments was good and the cleanliness throughout the complex was exceptional. Rula also let me use there printer. This is the perfect place to stay if you want a chill break . There are two local shops at the bottom off the hill. They are your standard coner shop for supplies like food water, pizza , snacks . The 615 goes from Tombs of the King Bus Station, towards Coral Bay. There are two stops which serve the property. Thr Leonardo Laura Hotel is just beside the bus stop. St Georges Beach has amazing sunsets. I would definetly stay again

Location and staff was nice.

The room smelled like fish. There were no proper amenities like paper towels or glasses. Bathroom washbasin was leaking. One of the bed was broken, it was so uncomfortable.24/7 kiosk nearby.

All the staff was very kind, helpful, and communicative from the time of reservation. Chef Eric is especially concerned about the satisfaction of the guests. The food was okay, even though it was pretty monotonous. Dinners varied more than breakfasts. It was nice to come and find something to eat after a day outside. For that price, it was okay, but if there were a chance to have some local fruits, it would make a difference.

I would prefer to have the toilet garbage taken daily, but we got it changed upon request, so that was ok.

Yes it is a three star hotel standard and a little bit outdated but we loved the fact that the staff are really friendly, the apartment is spacious and comfortable and it is in a good location for exploring all that Paphos has to offer.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can’t expect much more for the price.

We arrived night time the room wasn’t as on picture it wasn’t clean the breakfast was same thing every day not very good food the location was not very good as it was up on the hill

Lovely laid back atmosphere. Quirky property far removed from bog standard hotel rooms. Kitchen staff particularly friendly and helpful

Not very clean cleaners only attend when you request as I had to ask reception, and big security issue as key to apartment opens all apartments as all keys the same.
