Great location

Outdated facilities, poor maintenance (plugs not working, grills hanging in the room, entrance floor full of holes etc), poor room sound insulation, no access cards. Not up to 5 star hotels standards

The location is excellent, which is why this was our second stay here. We were traveling with our baby and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the baby cot was also clean and well prepared. The breakfast was especially rich and delicious, which is another reason why we decided to come back.

The pillows were not very comfortable. In our room there were no curtains, while the room next to us (where my parents stayed) did have curtains. We also noticed some green mold on the shower rail that holds the shower head. We hope these small details can be improved in the future.

The ocean view room was spacious and had a nice view. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a sauna and spa area, and a tennis court that can be easily booked through the helpful front desk staff.

The shower was a major disappointment. The outdated showerhead was uncomfortable to use, and the lack of a full door caused the entire bathroom to flood, with water even seeping into the room.Apart from that, the pools were not well maintained. One had a suspicious yellow stain floating on the surface, while the other had mold growing around the edges. Additionally, there were very loud noises coming from the drainage system.

Room was OK but the bathroom was a little underwhelming for an expensive hotel. Shower was over the bath and no rain shower. One of the bedside USB outlets didn’t work. Low battery in the room safe meant it didn’t work initially - although quickly repaired.

I was worried that it might be outdated but gladly surprised that it was well kept . The lobby even though has a decor that is not modern was very pleasant to spend the evenings in . Everything was shiny and clean . The staff were very friendly and professional . Location is excellent. Morning breakfast was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay ✨

We came from Dubai for a family break and were blown away by the warm welcome and exceptional service. A big thank you to the team for the generous upgrade and the formidable treatment throughout our stay. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully located. The hotel is very beautiful, the pool is great and there is a lot of space for all guests. Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and we really enjoyed it. Free and comfortable parking. Staff was kind. Location was great, close to promenade and restaurants, view from the hotel to the sea and sunset.

The room itself lacked curtains so it was full of daylight already 5am. Also, the noise isolation is bad and we heard everything from the street as well as neighbor rooms. This was a real downside because we haven’t slept that well and we expected more of this hotel and the price we payed.No vent in bathroom so all the steam from shower just soaks into walls. We didn’t like the fact people smoke in breakfast area even if it’s outside- I would have expected the hotel staff to forbid this.

The only good memories from this hotel: the pleasant scent in the lobby, the pianist playing in the evening, and the staff who tried to help us during breakfast in the morning.

The Worst Experience at a 5-Star Hotel!We have a tradition of celebrating birthdays in hotels – every year in a new one.I made the reservation over a month in advance and noted everywhere that it would be my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, the hotel showed absolutely no attention to this – neither the usual gestures, nor anything special.During check-in, we weren’t offered a seat, and for 10 minutes they kept asking us to show proof of payment for the reservation.It was uncomfortable to do all this while standing with our luggage. No one helped with the bags either, even though there was no queue – just us.Later, we were offered a welcome drink, but no one brought it.We said they could bring it to our room, but again – nothing.Then we were told there were no tables available at the restaurant. I barely managed to get one for 9:30 PM (which is very late, especially since we were hungry after visiting the spa), but we were told they couldn’t bring out a dessert or do anything for the birthday either, since it was "short notice."We had gone to the spa, used the café, etc.It’s a shame – we were also denied an upgrade or late check-out, even though it’s the off-season and there were still rooms available. Or at least something small that would’ve made our stay feel special.It’s unfortunate that the hotel management doesn’t understand that when people choose this hotel, they’re turning down other options.The cost of the stay, sadly, does not match the level of service provided.This is, unfortunately, the first hotel in my life that has left me feeling so deeply disappointed.In short:The hotel is nice, but the staff is very strange. It feels like they don’t enjoy their job.

I really enjoyed my stay! The rooms were great, especially the one with the jacuzzi. The hotel’s location right in the city center was perfect, and the food was very tasty. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, perfect for a getaway also in winter time. Great service and very friendly staff, big rooms and delicious breakfast.

Because we went in winter time we could only use the indoor pool, which was a bit too cold and not as pleasant to use. Apart from that, everything was great.
