Pros +
- The staff, housekeeping work and the Xmas decorations
- The location, nice hotel, good breakfast
- Very pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. It felt much more modern and fresh than I was expecting from the photos. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony looking at the sea. The pools were beautiful.
Cons -
- The hotel was going into renovations and there were small details like the piano completely out of tune, the archery corner, that were neglected until after the renovation
- It doesnt have always parking
- Very minor, but some of the food at the breakfast buffet was cold when it should have been hot. But the buffet was very extensive.

Everything was perfect!
No!
We booked a side sea view room, and hearing the ocean waves at night was truly magical. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage for luggage and a generous closet for hanging clothes. The bathroom offered enough room for two people to use comfortably. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Overall, the room had a classy, elegant feel that made our stay even more enjoyable. We also used the indoor pool and steam room, both of which added a relaxing touch to our stay and made for a really pleasant experience.
The breakfast offered plenty of options, with a strong emphasis on English-style dishes. However, we would have preferred a more Mediterranean selection—Cypriot, Greek, or Italian—featuring fresh local produce, pastries, and baked goods. A richer variety of regional flavors would have made the experience even better.
Beautiful place
Beds were worn and uncomfortable. Bathroom was dated.
The bed was great the location is very good.its near every where I LOVE IT
I just didn't like that the fridge was full and I couldn't put what I needed inside
The staff at the hotel was very helpful, and they made my stay wonderful. I came early before check-in and they brought me a welcome drink. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of foods. The hotel is located on the beach with a great boardwalk to the harbour but it is a bit far from the center so you will have to take a taxi/bus to get to the center.
There was a bunch of hair in my toilet upon arrival, even though they put a Sanitized sign on the toilet, so make sure to take photos and tell the staff if something like this happens. I had a side sea view room and it is a bit loud and you can barely see the sea, so if you can afford it, take the front sea view room. There was a line and a big crowd at breakfast around 9:30 am so it was a bit of a await to get a seat and order breakfast and tea.
Big rooms , good beds Great value for money
Transport to center beat low
All good
Distance from central in winter. In summer more transit and very close to beach
The facilities are very comfortable and we enjoyed specifically the Garibaldi restaurant and thank you to Jordan and his attentive and pleasant service
The staff here are really great. Breakfast was wonderful, and all the amenities. Nightly entertainment, water aerobics. It felt like a second home really. And a short walk down the boardwalk to town, and old ruins. We would return here.
The weather! but that was nothing to do with the hotel. We had a lovely sea view room, but sadly mostly rain, except for the last morning. Time of year I believe...
Very mixed emotions about this hotel. From one hand, it is very close to the beach and to the port, has free parking.Sun beds allocated per guest which is nice, but if you get a sun bed far away this is very bad and non convenient.
Most of it. Far away allocated sun beds. One evening I was not feeling well and my wife went to the dinner with the baby alone and had a stroller. The staff for some reason didn't tell her that she has the buffet restaurant availabe and sent her to the "real" restaurant there. They didn't allow her to keep the stroller next to her, made her sit in front of the baby and not next to her because it was interrupting the staff or something. Another thing was when I asked for a late check out (only 2 hours delay) it was the first time in my life that I was refused and there was no solution suggested. The kids club was only from 3 years old for no reason. When we wanted to be with our 2 year old there they didn't allow us. This is the first time im having such a situation. In every other hotel in the world, the kid could be with supervision if they are under the age.
Close to the beach and restaurant but very quiet, staff very helpful and nice.Great variety for breakfast.
Everything was beautiful, organized, accomadating.
Not the hotels fault but the guests across the hall were coming in and out during late hours of the night, slamming their door quite often. Very difficult to fall asleep. Suggestion: add slow door mechanisms to the doors so they don't slam shut.
Hotel staff are at the top of their game - efficient, friendly, and clearly customer-focused. Our room was upgraded to a cabana, which provided a beautiful view and dedicated lounges. The room was well appointed, comfortable, and extremely clean. The pools are gorgeous, restaurants excellent, and amenities plentiful. I also appreciated their dedicated app for guest services such as housekeeping, ordering room service (directly to your lounge chair), and other items. Truly a four star experience.
Nothing - this place is a gem
Location
The cost is luxury for a hotel run with a package holiday mentality. Complete lack of flexibility Loosing a large income due to fixed meal settings and times except for a very small boring choice in the lobby only. In Cyprus could not even have a simple Greek dish without a 7 course meal. On a summer holiday asked to book dinner 2 days ahead. Simply ate our meals outside. Lost income Old small lifts and very old and small bathrooms. Paying 450 euro a day to not even have a carpet and listen to a creaky weak ac system. Half of the lobby too hot to sit in. Pleasant staff
The facilities were excellent, no fighting for sun loungers and fresh towels daily. The grounds were well maintained. The location was excellent. We didn't use the restaurants as went went out for dinner. Breakfast was a great choice of foods and plenty of choice. There was nightly entertainment but wasn't our taste. Probably more suited to older guests.
The rooms are a bit dated and side sea view was really poor. We ended paying for an upgrade for sea view which was more pleasant but the room was still the same. Had a blocked bath drain in the bathroom in both rooms but were attended to quickly when reported. The first room could have been cleaner but was attended to after reporting this.
The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were super attentive and the pool side service was excellent - the hotel has spectacular views to the sea - the beach so close for a sea swim and such a short walk to the harbour - great hotel
We payed for halboard and it was very good (only not enough tables for all visitors at breakfasts when it is too cold to sit outside - we came in February). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice hotel.
Only one thing: we orderded a spare bed for our daughter and got some rusty folding lounger. This is something you do not expect at a 4 stars hotel. Foldable sofa or armchair would be much more dignified solution for this kind of hotel.
