The furniture was very outdated. The mini fridge had a single bottle of water in it. There was no climate control from inside the room.

Noise was more than average.

Location is very good, breakfast was great, staff was very helpful. I really like the upgrade on the pool.

Unfortunately, I booked a room with two beds and when I checked in, the gentlemen at the front desk changed my room to king size bed and said that I would love my upgrade. Meanwhile i asked him and said i have been here once may i ask did you guys upgraded the rooms and beds too he said unfortunately we have not only what you see on the lobby. He unfortunately lied to me because they have changed the beds and mattresses for most of the rooms. My room was spacious but it was better sleeping on the floor than on the bed. The second day I forgot my key in the room so I asked the front desk to give me an extra key, she was very nice and provided me with one and asked me how I like my stay. I told her everything is perfect but the mattress I can’t sleep I haven’t slept in two days now. She then changed my room. And apologized to me.. at least I got one day of sleep. Make sure you check the mattress as not all the rooms have new mattresses other than that this hotel is decent, good luck.

Excellent staff and concierge.The location is perfect.Very accessible and close to beaches. Family friendly.

The air conditioning system is very outdated.The water provided by house keeping is limited.The timings for house keepers’ shifts (very early).

Our checkout person was topknotch! She was so cheerful, efficient,and well qualified. Her language ability could put us all to she shame as she seemingly floated from language to language without hesitation. The pool area was very nice but the weather was unseasonably cool so no one was enjoying it.

The rooms were terribly antiquated with a 50 year old hair drier and such a confusing shower that one my spouse couldn’t figure out how to use it. Desperately needs upgrading.

The team was incredibly supportive they quickly changed our room due to a noisy AC and apologized, explaining that they are currently renovating their rooms. The location is excellent, very close to the beaches. Breakfast was superb.

Everything were outdatedI stayed for 3 nights and my rooms was not cleaned even once.. room lock was not working .. safe was not working!

Close to the restaurants and beaches

The bed in the first room we were in was too hard. We spoke with a staff member, who switched us to another room.

The location is perfect, the pool was lovely, the staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was good.

They do not leave complimentary water in the room which judging by the price point they should be doing. The room was a little old could do with remodelling.

Its the hardest beds i ever had . It makes no difference sleeping on the floors Also you hear the trafikk outside realy good . I hardly get any sleep.

The ground floor where the reception and restaurant were very modern and comfortable. Staff at reception were very polite and helpful. Room was quite spacious. Location is near bus stop to airport and tram stops.

The hotel seems to have been built around the 90s and the room felt very old. The bathroom was very dark and gloomy and only had the minimum of amenities (only shower gel/shampoo combo). You could hear a fair amount of noise from other rooms/the nearby road. Although the breakfast had a fair amount of variety the quality wasn't particularly good - the worst orange juice I've tasted in a long time. Given that it wasn't particularly cheap the stay felt like it wasn't good value for money.

Very elegant and cozy hotel, nice location - very close to 2 beaches. Room was big , bed with all beddings were perfect and very comfortable - i slept very well there. Breakfast was nourishing and tasty for me, i found even goji berries for muesli. Staff is friendly and attentive. Best recommemdations

The pool area and nearby outdoor Cafe seating for breakfast are a relaxed way to start the day. Nice breakfast buffet and self serve coffee machine. Easy walking distance into the main shopping/dining area of Glyfada. Short walk to Voula Beach with a few options for umbrella rentals. The hotel provided designated beach/pool towels for our stay! Clean and felt safe. Easy taxi pick up/drop off out front. Tram one block away, buses right nearby. Airport express bus right across the street.

Loef Poseiden is a horrible road. Loud all night long. Makes it deeply unpleasant to walk to the beach just across from the hotel. I read complaints about the noise of the road but with the door shut it blocked most of it. But there's no temp control in the room and the central air was somewhat stuffy, especially when the sun was shining on the room. The shower was tiny! Tiny! Bumped the walls with my elbows, and I'm a small woman. Beds were comfortable, but the other furniture was a bit odd and mismatched with few places to place things in the room or at the bedside. Terrible access to electrical outlets. My friend described the paint color in the room as "grage", like wet clay and gloomy.
