Some of the staff was very nice helpful and positive.

Some of the staff was very rude!Some of the staff doesn’t understand english and feels frustrated when communicating.The buffet was so much different than the years before, so disappointed

Greeting at the front desk upon checkin. It seems they give the non renovated rooms to Booking customers and we had to pay extra for the renovated room (which is ok) but host was quite rude.

We loved the location because we could walk everywhere, to restaurants, cafe's and stores.Also the breakfast was great!

There was a very strong odor in the room. Not sure if it was some kind of infuser but it was really bothersome. The hotel lobby had a similar strong smell which makes me think it was some kind of infuser in the air system.

I have always enjoyed my stays at Congo but this last time I booked an economy room apparently and it was small and less luxurious then I am used to in your establishment. I have more bookings there in August and I believe I booked a much better room for myself and my friends.

Room was very economy; small,older and did not show the water side of the hotel to look out over the harbor.

The location was really good & the smell of the lobby always smelled so good!! The family room was very comfortable and practical.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was perfect for what I needed, being just a 3 minute walk from Asteria.

The room was clean, but the balcony wasn't. The overall condition of the room was poor as it seems to be very old and not so well maintained. The shower was very small and not very convenient.

I didn’t like the bathrooms definitely it need to be renovated as soon as possible.we are in 2025.

Central location in Glyfada. Shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk southeast. The tram to the city center runs every 10...15 minutes and the stop was about a 4 minute walk. Very friendly staff at reception.As our trip was in February we didn't visit the beach but it was over the Posidonos avenue what means 4...5 minutes walk to reach the sea.

Small street noise via window. They could be better isolated.

The double room.was tiny. The triple bed is bigger and more space.

Renovated rooms were nice.

Renovated rooms face the main road which is busy at all hours. The rooms have low quality windows with no sound insulation, which leaves the rooms extremely noisy from road traffic. In addition to that the hotel has ongoing construction works which is not disclosed when booking.

Loud, workers start wort at 4.30 am start drilling at 8

We have stayed there many times before, but had booked the family room. This room should not be on the options list for the hotel. Carpet was absolutely filthy! Large Staines and disgusting. Beds and linen and towels were spotless. Overall room ambience is -10. For the money we paid it was terrible. We had to wear shoes to walk around in the room it was so disgusting.. very disappointing since we have stayed in there many times and found the rooms to be nice. One side is renovated and the other side isn’t.

Overall feel of the room… second floor family room. Carpet was disgusting.. stained beyond anything! I don’t care that the front desk told me it was ‘clean’ and ‘just stained’. They seriously need to renovate that room.

Nothing went well with our stay at this hotel and I’ve got photos to back up the filthy conditions in our room and bathroom, staff were not willing to change our room for something better unless we paid roughly 150 Euros extra per night. There wasn’t a member of staff that made any contact with us during our stay, despite knowing we were desperately unhappy with the conditions of our room. We tried but to no avail to find another hotel for that weekend but every hotel we contacted was booked up, so we had to stay put and suffer in silence. We also decided not to chance eating anything in that hotel. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone because our experience was a complete nightmare

There is not a single compliment that I could leave for this run down excuse for a hotel room. You walk through the lobby and think, this doesn’t look too bad but upstairs was a different story. How anyone gave this hotel any stars is a real puzzle to me. I think someone from your origination should be paying a visit before you recommend places like this. The swimming pool area was another health hazard with tiles missing, cracked and not level so we chose not to use the pool as it was so shabby and dirty.
