Dusit Suites Athens

Breakfast..

There is no cold AC in the room.. only hot air. It was unbearable to stay in the room, and uncomfortable during sleep. It was very disappointing despite multiple complains.

everything, Breakfast and dining room, the room! the Bed and sheets perfection, the staff so friendly , the pool and spa area , the room has a little kitchenette really useful

Squeaky clean, well equipped, 2 balconies and 2 full bathrooms in the suite, staff is excellent and very friendly, good breakfast, breakfast area is stunning with a pool and great view of the sea. Room service is very quick. Lots of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Great shopping in the area.

We woke up earlier than we would have liked everyday due to badly designed curtains in the bedroom seeping so much light in. Views from balcony were not that special and not that private especially in one of the balconies.

Location Rooms are spacious Friendly staff

A very bad rotten smell in the main bathroom that they weren’t able to fix.

The whole staff was very warm and welcoming. Upon arrival, our room was not ready because the prior guest hadn't checked out yet but the hotel manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and compensate us for the inconvenience without us even asking. Needless to say, the service we received truly exceeded our expectation and my family cannot be more grateful for the hospitality that Dusit Suites provided us. Breakfast was wonderful and so were the facilities. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others if they're looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

The pool is located where the rooftop restaurant is but is only open from 11am-6pm. Would be nice to be able to take a morning dip during breakfast hours (7am-11am) or until sunset (after 6pm) while on vacation.

Excellent location

Cleanness and friendly staff

Beautiful boutique hotel, with big bedrooms and good location.

Location was excellent the staff was wounderful.

The one thing that the hotel is missing is gym facilities and that is important for me.

NA

It is simply home away from home.Great facilities , spa , pool on the roof and the coffee shop restaurant on the 5th floor with a stunning panoramic view of the sea . The most valuable asset is the amazing staff .

Staff were amazing, very friendly, great food, great location

No gym

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, very quiet

Unattractive view from our balcony, far from restaurants and beach

Staff were incredible and the facilities were brilliant. The view from the restaurant and pool was stunning. The restaurant is top level and not too expensive. Spa treatment was great too! Amazing stay and would 100% come back.

Location. Room size and design. Balcony and view. Restaurant choices and view. Staff friendliness and support.

No parking

Nice sea view while eating breakfast at the fifth floor. Breakfast was delicious and at excellent quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious modern and new. Would definitely stay again.

Nice design, comfortable room, beautiful breakfast area with amazing views. And the most welcoming host in the reception the girl always helpful and with a smile

Staff super friendly and helpful and accommodating The rooms are spacious and very comfortable The spa is epic and the top-roof view and pool is wonderful

There is absolutely nothing that I didn’t like

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. So much choice, eggs cooked how you like them and a buffet too. Coffees were lovely too. Hotel is located very close to glyfada’s main high street. Plenty of restaurants around to enjoy. Room service is very fast and the food at the restaurant is delicious. The bathroom rain shower is great. Room facilities including a microwave kettle and coffee machine in the kitchenette were much appreciated and the minibar is included!

Our room could have been cleaner during our stay. The floor wasn’t swept but the bedding and towels were changed as needed every day. The hotel’s main pool is not heated and was freezing and sadly the indoor spa pool does not allow children.

Elegant ,clean ,good location out of Athens .very clean

Tha spa was not available,no bell boy services .
