Giuseppe offered good communication and assistance. He kindly recommended restaurants for our stay over Christmas Eve and Day.

Recently remodeled so very nice. Spacious. Terrific location near ferry/boat trips to islands.

Pay parking only nearby option.

The hotel was well located but extremely difficult to reach by car to drop bags. The owner was extremely responsive by text and answered questions very promptly. The woman who served breakfast spoke only Italian so could not help much. Breakfast was good.

The room was located up an extremely steep staircase and no one was there to help. Our room was very small and our shower was tiny. The bed needs replacement very badly. The room was cleaned and made up only twice during our 6 nights. While it makes sense not to change the towels every day, it is not pleasant to come back to a completely unmade room. The breakfast, while good, did not change at all and no options to change were given.

Excellent help from Guissepe and great breakfast. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed.

The B&B was difficult to find in the evening. Tip: add a shelf/rack in the bathroom to place your toiletries on."

22 steep stairs to my bedroom - I should add that I’m 66 & unfit. For most people those stairs would not be a problem.

I would like to meet or to speak to the owners of the residency and not to communicate through what’s up only. I didn’t know nor understood that in order to approach the Opera Boutique Rooms we had to come up so many stairs. And the same to reach our room. That was very difficult for me, my friend and especially my husband having done a total hip arthroplasty! For young people it is clean comfortable and value for money!

We stayed in a standard double room up one flight of stairs. We received a WhatsApp message before arrival giving us the necessary information to access our room. We found the accommodations comfortable, nothing fancy but more than adequate. The space was very clean, the bed comfortable and the room was quiet. We had a chair, luggage rack, wardrobe, and a hot pot with tea and coffee in the room. The bath was comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower.Our server for breakfast was very attentive. We wished we could speak more Italian to communicate with her. We took our breakfast in a lovely little dining room. The food was very good and typical of a European breakfast.The location is just a couple of blocks from the cathedral and other resources. It was also a short walk to the bus stop.Our host Giuseppe, though we never met him, was very patient and helpful with parking arrangements for our vehicle. This was a major concern for us because the hotel information made it perfectly clear that parking was not available at the B&B. Giuseppe had suggested we drop off our luggage at the B&B then drive the car to the garage. I'm not sure it's worth the effort unless you're packing enormous bags but even then, this place is hard to find by car. We weren't successful! We were given misinformation from Goggle Maps that threaded us through narrow streets (not created for present day automobiles) to a dead end with no easy way out. We did finally make it to the parking garage and easily made the short walk to the room. The gentleman at the garage was equally helpful and the car felt safe there.

Centrally located in the ❤️ of Monreale. Clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessities. The staff are very helpful and ready to share useful information.The lady at the breakfast was very nice preparing a fresh breakfast.Garage is also available and can be reserved in advance with a reduced price.

No one is onsite, but correspondence via email worked fairly well. Owners were very helpful with problems (e.g., locking ourselves out, how to work heating system). Nice breakfast. Clean room, spacious bathroom.

The biggest limitation is parking. Parking costs $20 per night at a garage about 10 minutes walk away (and downhill from hotel). Best for younger travelers who don't mind the hike with luggage.

The shower lacked water a bit of pressure

Location was close to the main attraction in Monreale.

I thought I was booking a room in a hotel. The listing in Booking.com was misleading in this respect.

Convenient distance to visit historic place in Monreale.

No way to park, old city narrow lanes. No lift and very high rise stairs for big luggages.

Comfortable, clean room, with coffee maker, fridge and a good central location. We appreciated the parking being organized for usLovely breakfast. Excellent communication before our arrival, made self check.in really easy.
