The smoke I could smell it from my room

Great location, nice interior, friendly staff

Changed room 2 times during 2 nights stay. In first room, light didn’t work, in second room lock didn’t work. Third room worked out, but moving is draining. Second room was super dirty, not clean at all.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Denis and his colleague are the the best.

Don't order breakfast. Three slices of cheese. Three slices of tomato. Bring your own bread. Pay for your coffee.

The hotel offers affordable prices, and the staff are honest, friendly, and professional. It is located about 10–12 kilometers from Istanbul International Airport (IST), with convenient connections by both metro and bus. The nearest bus stop, Arnavutköy Avlu AVM, is about 250 meters away, where you can catch bus H6 directly to the airport. The closest metro station, Arnavutköy Hastane, is around a 20-minute walk from the hotel. I appreciated that the hotel allowed me to check in at midnight.I recommend this hotel.

I liked everything, but I have a suggestion that the breakfast could be more organised.

Reception people were very nice. Facility was clean. Easy access from and to the airport. Checkout time was 15:00. I would have stayed longer if my flight wasn’t early.

Breakfast was minimal. Bread, ham, and cheese.

The customer service is very true to its words that is welcoming. Mr. Sameer was very cheerful guy great communication giving you tips and pointers for your stay and touring. I wish him all the best. The hotel is at a great location and is very clean with hot water and heating. Stayed with family. Cheers

It's an affordable option for a night stay during a long flight stop in Istanbul

The room was not clean to the standards, we found man beard hair in the bathroom sink and the pillow was smelling of sweat. Moreover, the hotel is marketed as 4 star on booking, but when we got there it was a 3 star, called Lavender Hotel instead of Lavender Airport Hotel, which I found a bit suspicious

I highly recommend this hotel: it is new and clean, close to the airport, there is an exchange office nearby. The staff is just wonderful! The administrator Veysel helped us with the suitcases, explained everything, and when there was a problem with another guest (he smoked in the room) - quickly and delicately solved the problem, was always in touch. His colleague was also very polite. Thanks to them, we felt safe and cared for.

The breakfast is very small, but there are a lot of cafes around.

Very helpful staff, in town centre, value for money, clean, near Istanbul airport.

We landed really late to the Istanbul airport and did not want to travel long to the center, se we opted for Arnautkoy. For what we needed, Lavander hotel had flawless taxi service and staff communicated with us all the time. It worked great for our scenario. Staff is really great, they went extra mile.

It can be a bit more clean.

I chose it for a night's accommodation between flights, especially for its location near the mall in Arnautkoy. The rooms were clean despite other negative comments regarding cleanliness.

One room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Late breakfast.

We arrived late at night and had an early check out (7:20am). We chose this hotel because of the breakfast to not eating in the airport , it turned out that they only offer breakfast from 8:30am. If I had known that they would not offer us anything, I would have chosen another hotel.It is obvious that many people choose this hotel to wait out a long layover. If you promise breakfast, you can offer guests leaving early at least a sandwich.

Excellent room with good beds, air conditioning, free water bottles and tea, a good Turkish breakfast in the café, nice staff. Convenient location near the airport.

It's quite far from the metro and the road is hilly, so if you have heavy things, it's better to take a taxi. Poor sound insulation.

Standard hotel with basic amenities. Also provides simple breakfast options. Good value for the money.

Position and airport transfer

The shower was in poor condition, tiling was deplorable and water didn’t drain properly

In terms of quality/price relation it is a good option. Breakfast is included and the beds are confortable.

The pillows were stained and with hair on them, there was some kind of spilled líquid on the floor and the toilet was not properly cleaned (it was stained). In summary, the room was not cleaned, even though it was presented as such.
