Staff is very friendly, especially Omar from whom we asked some favours and he was happy to help us.

Decent room

When you show up to the property you will be disappointed by what you see compared to the images.The rooms have tons of noises that will keep you up.The details are missing like water put into the body wash to refill it the toilet paper holder is broken.Room is decent otherwise. The breakfast is not good. Cold and very simple.I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you think this is a 5 star hotel. I’d give it 3 stars.

I travel a lot, I have learned that great service is not by the name of the hotel or buy the building or by the decor but by the human touch and the personality of the employees. This hotel left great memories to the point I already made a reservation for my family who is traveling soon. Clean, friendly and family atmosphere. Thank you to the manager Omar, he made the most delicious breakfast that he insisted on making me, and had a driver ready to take me to the airport. What else do we need? Excellent service. Thanks to our manager Omar, great man. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is fine - 7 min walking from the metro station, and around 40 min commute to the airport

For a 3 star hotel it is fine, but for 5 it lacks a lot. The price is too high for what you get, I think.Bathroom had some dirt or mold in the corners, shower frame leaked on the floor, handles were loose, items were unscrewed...No message about WiFi password in the room - need to contact the front desk. No phonebook - what number to dial - just guess.TV remote didn't work. The TV antenna din't work.No soundproof - I could hear the TV in the room next door, or shower in the other room.Breakfast was fine, but could be better - not much to choose.

Omar truly made my stay exceptional. He was warm, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every interaction with him felt genuine, he went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Whether it was offering great local recommendations, assisting with check-in, or simply greeting me with a smile, Omar’s hospitality really stood out.His dedication and positive attitude added a personal touch to my visit, and he’s a big part of why I would happily return to this hotel. Thank you, Omar, for making the experience even better!

It was so clean and the location was amazing! And the staff was so friendly and helpful especially receptionist Omer.

The room was clean except in the bathroom there was a leaking from the combination.There was a late check in and a possible transportation from and to the airport

The location .There was some leaking in the bathroom from the combination.At the checkout I was reserved a transportation to the airport at a specific time but the car was late and I spoke to the receptionist 3 times to collect my luggages from my room and they were late even after the lateness of the car of the transportation to the airport it ends of 15 minutes of late at the time that I had confirmed with the receptionist. The receptionist insisted that I open my booking.com account to make my review and I insisted that I will do it later to right my own experience not what he wanted me to right.

Hotel is very good, clean, hotel is very near to the airport and Omar is the best host and customer service amazing.They also have their own airport transportation.

The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. We checked in at 7 AM and stayed for a few hours. Ömer assisted us, and he was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth and pleasant.

Great location with lots of restaurants near by. Staff was very friendly with all my needs. Omer went above and beyond helping set up transport and making a one night stay most excellent.

Clean. Good shower and Dove products. Able to arrange shuttle service $25 to airport.

Sketchy location - I was really scarred when we were leaving hotel to the airport at 4 a.m. and two man started to follow my husband as he was walking to the car. Speaking of car and advertised parking - it was on the street, the hill was so step (almost 45 degrees) that we had some stress on our shoulders to park there.

Clean room, and that's all. Nothing to add to the pros.

The experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The breakfasts were terrible — there was very little food, the selection was poor, and the portions were extremely small. There was no tea or coffee available, and no water was provided in the room. During our two-night stay, the room was never cleaned. The only “dishes” in the room were disposable cups, which felt cheap and inconvenient.The soundproofing was awful; you can hear absolutely everything happening in the neighboring rooms. The view from our room was unpleasant, facing directly into another building. The hotel’s location was also a letdown, surrounded by dirty streets that didn’t feel welcoming.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel — it failed on nearly every basic expectation of comfort and hospitality.

The staff was friendly, respectful and attentive. We were pleased. The food was very delicious, the room was clean as was the bathroom. They provided us with good service.

The room was clean

I booked a double room and received a single bed. As I arrived late I overlooked this discrepancy. On check out I was using the lift and the power cut out, leaving me stuck in the lift. I was stuck for 5-10 minutes with no lights or a/c until the power came back on. This is not their fault, and could have been out of their control. However, no manager came to see if I was ok or to check that I needed anything. This is totally unacceptable customer service. You get what you pay for.
