staff not helpful (wanted to charge me twice due to "my payment not being processed by card" when in fact it was". not clean nor quite.

the hotel was undergoing renovation, so I was directed to the hotel across the road, the Garner Hotel. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very helpful.

It was not FRT airlines hotel.

Very clean and modern furniture. When the a/c was not functioning properly they immediately moved us to another room.

Location is great, very close to the airport.The staff was amazing, in particular Merve was so sweet and kind and she treated us very well. She definitely deserves a raise! The room was client and the food was good.

The staff's service attitude was very good, and they arranged an early check-in.

Some of the beds in the room have a smell of body odor

Consistently Excellent Stay!I have stayed at FRT Airlines in Arnautica multiple times, and the experience is always outstanding. The service is consistently excellent, the location is great, and the newly renovated building adds even more comfort.The rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable, making every stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

1 - Great location, direct connection with airport by bus or 15-20 min by taxi at quite affordable price.2 - Highly professional staff. A sincere and big thanks to a lady named Merve, who took great care of us at a reception and was extremely helpful and super positive. 3 - Perfect option for night/day stay between the flights.4 - Large family room with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds is great for the family of 4 or 5.

Great place for a layover. A bit confusing to find the right building (there's a few of this chain on the same street), but the staff was very friendly and helped us out. The room was comfortable and good for the price (we asked for it to not face the street, so it was quieter), with a little fridge, a kettle and some water/tea/coffee. Shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer were also in place.In the morning they serve a plentiful continental breakfast, including a variety of cheeses, boiled eggs, vegetables, breads, warm drinks, cereal and sweets.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink, and a bit of noise coming from the heating system.But the shower did have consistent very hot water, which was very nice. And the earplugs solve the noise problem :)

The young male Syrian receptionist was very kind and professional. The quality of the hotel was perfect. There are also good restaurants nearby.

More cold drinks like juice should be added for breakfast.

The hotel is located near the airport. Comfortable rooms and good service. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but as I understand it, breakfast is served at the cafe across the street from the hotel. I really liked this hotel and Ms. Merve at the reception. She tried to help with everything and was very friendly. I thank her very much. I will try to visit this hotel again on my next visit and I hope Ms. Merve will be on this shift

Close to the airport.

The breakfast is a buffet, and it costs 7 euros. However, the range of food is quite limited.

I have stayed at this hotel twice already, everything is very good for those who want to find a decent place to spend the night and with a good transfer, very friendly staff, comfortable beds and very clean

Provided enough beds for all members of our family. The room space was good, and the shuttle to airport was fair ( the driver was so nice).

The bathroom was small.

Location is really close to the airport (about 30 minutes by bus, 15-20 minutes by taxi). The room was perfect, quite enough space, 2 separate rooms, air conditioning, quite clean

It's quite far from Istanbul centre so if you intend to have a walk it might be difficult and really long to reach the city and back the hotel by public transport. Worth to consider another hotel in case you plan walking around Istanbul

Closer to the airport

Situated in a town on the opposite side of the airport so there was no need to move from Istanbul.

Nice and cosy hotel, if you need a place to overnight between flights. The staff was as friendly and hospitable as possible. I recommend using the transfer service, it will still be several times cheaper than staying in the hotel directly at the airport.

The meeting point for transfer to the hotel was a little "oriental", however the transfer itself was very convenient. Breakfast lacked cold water or juice. There were only coffee, tea, and hot water.

We were nicely welcomed by the receptionist and offered to help if required until her shift ends at 8 AM next morning. Room was nice and clean.

Breakfast was not at all good. Fries were cold, no Juice available and they took ages to get the breakfast ready.

Breakfast is good, the room is clean and equipped with all the bare necessities. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Virtually impossible to fall asleep at night, as the hotel is located right on the road with heavy traffic that hardly quiets down at night time. The worst is absolutely deafening roar of huge passenger jets flying very low over the the hotel every 30 seconds. A nightmare, which is not the hotel's fault, it's just its extremely unfortunate location right on the taking iff route of the planes from the nearby Istanbul airport. I would say for those who can't fall asleep with a noise in the background, a sleepless night is guaranteed.
