Price convenience for the location.

The A/C was a bit underperforming and every time you left for the day it would have to be turned of.

The hotel was very clean. My room was cleaned every day. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

A return visit and it was as good as the previous visits.All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful.The rooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Good sound proofing and even though a main road is nearby the traffic cannot be heard.

Far from Faenza, so rented a car to move around - but hotel is close to highway so makes it easy to visit say Ravenna and Brisighella. Hotel very clean and staff friendly - nothing to complain about. Had a system of pre-cooked meals for those wanting to eat in the room. Some nice eateries within 10 minute drive of hotel.

The shower could have been cleaner. Black mould and pink around all edges. ?No mention of lactose free products for breakfast.

Great vale for money stay right on the Autostrade, which was very convenient if you want to spend a good night sleep. Very kind and helpful staff both at our night check in and the early morning check out. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and got water for a nice bath. And don't hesitate to pay for the breakfast as well, it is also totally worth it! Many options and everything very tasteful!

I opted for this hotel as I felt the price was very good for 2 nights. From start to finish I could not have asked for anymore. Roberto was very quick to respond to me and very friendly as I was arriving after 11pm so I needed to check myself in. This set up was very impressive for me and Roberto made me feel at ease as I knew exactly what I must do to check myself when I first arrived. The room was very modern and clean with a huge TV on the wall with all channels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was very nice too. Breakfast was very tasty with a very good choice and all for just €7!!! I was very impressed that all the staff in the hotel spoke perfect english as I only speak english myself so that really was a bonus that I was not expecting. The small shop in front of reception was very handy and it was fitted with all the essentials along with snacks and drinks which also was just a great thing to have as a guest in the hotel. Roberto was very friendly and even called a taxi for me and answered all questions that I had as I was not familiar with the area. Denata at reception was also very friendly, accomodating and helpful. All staff I dealt with were really of a very high standard and just lovely. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Faenza and I will be back!

Great location and extremely helpful staff. Room good and location was convenient.

Car park a bit scruffy and hotel a bit tired. Room clean but basic. Toilet roll holder broken when we arrived? (Told it wasn’t our fault!?). Curtain a bit grubby and window a bit flaky. It’s a shame that a non smoking room has cigarette burns on the bathroom basin. Breakfast ok but no information for dietary intolerances.

Long walk to find a ramp for wheeled suitcase !

The staff was kind and fully supportive. Because of my delayed arrival they sent clear directions on how to access the room as the reception was closed after 11pm. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, Internet was working fine.

The location is at the periphery of the city - it is easily accessible by car, yet it did not seem accessible by public transport.

Firstly, the reception staff, Andrea & Roberto (?), are a great advert for the hotel. They are extremely friendly, helpful & cheerful.The hotel is just minutes from the autostrada but the rooms are quiet, a good size and comfortable.It is also very dog friendly.
