- You get what you expect. It's a chain of hotels, so there are no surprises. The mattresses are comfortable, everything is functional. The parking is free.
- The beds were good
- The gentleman at reception was amazing. My car could not be driven. He went out of his way to get me back on the road. Otherwise I would still be there
Cons -
- I don't think it's good value for money. You get a very basic room, even without a fridge, breakfast is not included either. I know B&B are supposed to be budget hotels, but after all they are not that cheap (as other chains).
- To get there is a nightmare. The signs to the entrance are bad. I think there are no signs at all.You have to ride over the sidewalk (trottoir) the reach the entrance. It is an automated checkin after 21:00.It is not clear which code to enter to open the gates. We had a reservation without payment.Someone else opened the gate for us. I think using his room code.We had to pay our reservation at the check in terminal. All is automated. So this takes a bit.
- Only tiny paper cups in the room

Not much! I believe this hotel is an old Ibis Budget Hotel or one of the chains which used to be in France--the F-1 hotels. I have stayed in B&B Hotels in Germany and they are MUCH nicer than this one was.
Trying to find how to get INTO this hotel was a challenge. You have to use an "alley" and the sign which points out the alley as being the entrance to the hotel is currently being overcome with vines! The "automated" check-in process just STINKS. I want to talk with a person who can give me information. Luckily, there was someone you could call for help. According to the schedule I saw, Reception was SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN DURING THE TIME I WAS ON THE "PHONE" WITH THE PERSON. On one of my trips to get my things from the car to the room, the reception screen was up and a younger man was talking with another guest but by the time I returned to the building with my things, the screen was back down. This is getting to be a very sad world when we have to do everything "without contact!" Another lasting effect from the pandemic which has produced all kinds of lasting social/anti-social problems! Also, the wifi only worked for a short time and then I could not get on it! I live on the internet and this is one of the things that is MOST IMPORTANT to me. If I had known the wifi was so bad, I would have never booked this.
Perfect for us, we needed somewhere fast and didn't expect to be so pleasantly surprised. Supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance. Lovely hotel, very very clean in all public areas and the room was spacious and spotless. Nice big, high bed, lovely towels, much better than some more upmarket hotels we've stayed in. Excellent staff, very friendly and proactive. Breakfast was lovely and the breakfast room was spotless, hot drinks machine was given a thorough clean at the end of service. Honestly, the best deal we've had lately. Would definitely recommend.
It was a good location for a stopover on the motorway travelling out from Monaco. It was basic but clean and comfortable.
The fan was quite noisy through the night.
Had good parking
It had a self checking and the code to my room did not work and I was hanging around for an hour and a half to someone came to help.
Good
Somehow, at the reception I was given a room number and access code, but they didn't close the payment process. So, in 5am, when i when to my car in the parking, to leave some bags, on the way back to my room, where were all my documents, money, passport and my dog, I didn't have the access to the front door. As my reservation hadn't been finished, my access code was unavailable for the front door. I have been left outside for 20 minutes, talking to the customer service agent, who just told me that he cannot do anything for me until I pay the room (the room in which i spent the night, and already have registered my card to pay the bill...). After a nervous discussion, freezing, locked outside, he decided to call the manager, who was in the hotel, so the guy came and opened for me, finished the payment, so I could have available access code (the day before, the one that i had was absolutely available, as I used it numerous times to enter in my room). So, in the end all terminated well, but it was unpleasant experience. You cannot just say to a customer of the hotel, that you cannot do anything for him and left him locked outside. Even more, when the error comes from the hotel, not the customer. It's my third staying in this hotel, so far I haven't had anything like that.Generally, saying it's a very good place to stay.Just be careful and check if everything is really done correctly, not to find yourself in a situation like mine.
BiHotel acceded our expectations! Very cozy, comfortable and modern rooms with the restaurant that provides local, organic and very tasty food. The surrounding is amazing, with the views to hills and countryside. Positioned very close to Majano and Udine, BiHotel can be easily reached. Definitely a place we would like to come back to!
Everything was amazing.
Didn't like anything about it.
It was totally automated. No staff around anywhere. We were subjected to a machine to check in. The room was very small. It also was difficult to get to. We had to go around several times to get there.
It is a computer operated facility in the night. Strange, but it works. Breakfast was good, for this kind of a hotel. Not over the top, but you can’t expect that to be honest. In the morning there was staff and they were very friendly. So, I would recommend to stay here and i would stay there myself again.
All okay
The comfy bed and good price. Nice air con, simple and basic. Late check out.
The shampoo and soap recepients were empty. I hate the fact that everything needs to be self service nowadays. The hotel could at least employ some people during decent hours, not have you go thru the tedious self check in. Human staff is necessary!!!!
Comfortable beds and afterhours check in
The shower design is a bit tricky to use without flooding the bathroom.
Close to the motorway, though not easy to find the actual hotel.
I had a ground floor room next to a patio with picnic tables that was in use well past 22:00. The sink stopper was stuck down. No staff was onsite to address this. The bed was passable, but not comfortable. There were kids playing football in the parking lot and holding the secure gate open. All in all, not a relaxing experience after a long drive.
Comfortable bed, great staff. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon!
Ground floor room had metal shutter 2/3 way closed. But only a flimsy see-through curtain on the rest.
Really friendly staff, and it was conveniently located, with several restaurants and cafes in walking distance as well as the Lidl right next door. The free parking was also greatly appreciated, and the check in and check out process was very quick (we checked in using the digital check-in, which was efficient and easy to understand).
The breakfast could have had a few more options considering the price (some tomatoes, fruit etc. would have added some freshness), however what was there was tasty and the staff at the breakfast were very friendly and helpful.
It was quiet and peaceful
Check-in was not very easy because I didn't have internet, it's hard to understand where the entrance is from the street - there is no sign and we had to turn around, also to enter the parking lot you already have to have the code, which is not clear from the description.
Breakfast was good, people are friendly, good parking near the hotel
When we arrived, we had to check in ourselves. The device did not have an NFS function, which ultimately led to us standing with our suitcases for half an hour and unable to register the room. The space was a little small, but that's okay. There were a lot of ants in our room, which was unpleasant. There was a little mold in the shower, and also the hotel should change the curtain in the bathroom as it looks dirty and old, the ceiling is covered in midges.
:((( very dirty hotel
it is dirty, the room is old, the bathroom is dirty in which it was not possible to bathe. the administration does not answer calls or messages. it was very difficult to get to the hotel at a late hour!
Nothing, only the beds were decent
Everything was electronic, but Everything didn't work; the gate for the entrance didnt work for like 30 minutes, then we tried to get the room number with the code attached but unfortunately the automatic machine wasnt working. We waited outside for almost 2 hours, we were freezing, and after 1 hour someone from the reception answered the phone and came to help us wearing the pijamas. This wasnt the right way to do things and we really regreted booking the room. If you dont have patience dont come here.
