No breakfast

Did not receive email with check in codes so there was anxiety about being able to get in to building after long trip… phone call from a Dublin bus calls was necessary …also no response on request made in July for ground floor accommodations…so we had to climb stairs

Great location. Central in Bray. The only hiccup was that you need to call to check in. There is no in-person reception on site. Cleaning team was kind and very accomodating.

Great location, friendly staff, close to a lot of things.

We never received our codes to get in until we had to call that evening. Luckily someone else stating there let us in and we tried calling from the phone in the lobby but no answer. Our room smelt very musty and damp, the shower didn’t drain well so we would have to stop the water multiple times to let it drain.

The good: good facilities. Good bed and bathroom. Good location near downtown areas. Good parking nearby for very reasonable rates.

The okay: the room/facility was decorated nicely and generally comfortable but it was a little bit on the small side. Areas for improvement: communication. I asked questions thru the Bxx.com app and received rapid responses — but the day of checkin, my information about my codes to access my room were slow to arrive (I had to ask for them, and it was long after check-in time). I would expect a more professional email with detailed data including access codes, WiFi, parking options, check-in/out times, etc to be formalized and professionalized. Facilities that do not have staff to greet customers at the front door need a professional communication plan. The pillows were all king size. It might be nice to have a variety of sizes for those of us preferring thinner pillow. Overall, the room/stay was fine.

Excellent location and a very handy hotel (right next to the bus stop to Dublin (E1) and 10 minute walk to the DART and Bray promenade. Good access to the municipal car park, which is very cheap and doesn't charge and overnight fee. Place was clean and tidy. The room has a good AC unit. Communication is clear and direct.

It was fine, the bed was comfortable and the check in/out process was very easy and they were very helpful with us leaving our bags. They kindly did put us in a quiet room at the back of the hotel however you could hear people in the hallway which did wake us up.

The room was tiny, our view was of a wall at the back of the building on the ground floor. It is of course not the fault of the accommodation but we were woken up by other guests and a baby crying. The location was fine, but on a busy main road. It's perfect if you're staying and not really wanting to spend any time in the accommodation.

Great location, easy check in, mostly clean, mostly good repair. The rooms are small but comfortable. Bed linens were clean and high quality.

Rooms could use some work. Little dents and nicks on things, and the bathrooms, while okay, could use a deep cleaning.

No one to speak to after I had issues accessing my locker.

The property was very centrally located in Bray town. We didn’t receive an email with instructions to enter the property. But there was a number on the door. When I called, the staff were brilliant about getting me the info straight away so we could go to our room.

The property is just beautiful. Easy to access, right in the heart of the town and quiet. The room was fresh and clean and had plenty of room.

Good location, functional space.

There is no sound proofing at all. A man in the room beside ours arrived back at 1am and had a phonecall on speaker for about 2 hours. It felt like he was inside in the room with us. Once the phonecall finished he put on a speaker with music and seemed to talk to himself for another few hours. As there are no staff onsite I did not feel comfortable to knock on his door. I would not stay again as we booked the place just to sleep and didn't get much.

It was modern. Good location

The sink was too big for the bathroom. My side of the big dipped at middle section so struggled to sleep and woke up with a bad neck and back each morning. Nespresso pods weren’t topped back up the second day. There was 4 when we arrived, so if it’s suppose to be 1 pod each per person per day they really aren’t strong enough pods for that.

Location very convenient. Clean, new, quiet, very good all round.

A family meet up. 2 brothers ,2 sisters. Went bowling, a meal and a karaoke. The hotel was warm ,clean, very comfy, great value and central. I would definitely stay again.I liked the fact a code system was in place.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The room, modern and well designed, had everything I needed. It was very quiet. The key system worked extremely well. All communications were prompt and clear. It has a very good location being near a couple of very good cafes for breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Comfort of the room, temperature control, selection of channels on tv. Convenience to get to the office.

No breakfast options. Location isn't ideal - seems to be a lot of people outside until the early hours, also the smell of cannabis was extremely strong ( not outside the building, inside!) no iron, difficult to get hold of anyone.

Very central ..Good value ..parking wasn't next door .t lady said it was .it was up t t lights turn right & up t t public car park .wasn't sure if my car would be safe over night there .so maybe at t number ones ring to .t tell people re parking

Just t parking really .everything was perfect v efficient I must say .I told people about it .they never knew it existed .
