About
Originally a 16th-century convent for The Nuns of the Carmelitas order, this hotel rests in the historic quarter of Baeza, a dreamlike place where time seems to stand still. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Baeza has preserved the Renaissance-style architecture which flourished during the city's prosperity in the 16th century. El Palacio de Jabalquinto was built in this period. A decorative facade contains an attractive inner courtyard with baroque-style marble columns and intricately decorated stairways. Rooms at TRH Baeza surround the cloister of the former convent, quiet, peaceful spaces with elegant decoration and modern facilities. At Señorío de Baeza restaurant, enjoy international cuisine infused with the traditional ingredients of Jaen. Gluten-free menus are available on prior request. The hotel also has a cafeteria and meeting rooms. Check out this property's great rates for stays of three nights or more.

Pros +
- Great customer service, location and rooms very clean
- The hotel is located perfectly to the UNESCO part of the town! The staff, Teresa and Rafaela, were the best! Hotel staff was so helpful! I loved the hotel for a great price! I highly recommend TRH!
- We were celebrating our Golden Wedding and so booked a junior suite. So we had lots of space, a kettle to make teas and coffees (fresh milk if you ask) and complimentary bar items in the fridge. Good selection for breakfast.
Cons -
- everything was perfect
- Parking would have been difficult (but we didn't need it). Also be aware that they are redoing the square near the hotel, so the lovely open space is currently a building site. It'll be great when it's finished and doesn't impinge on the hotel facilities at all.
- Morning bkfst smell in the rooms 3rd floor starting 7 a.m. bathroom really poor condition and heavy smell

The property was perfectly located. You can pay for the carpark which is extra. Although to be fair there is a perfect car park a very short distance away and cheaper. Breakfast was wonderful. Thankyou for this.
Superb location, central with all the historic sites very walkable and easy, Baeza being quite flat. Apart from the main tourist locations there are other wonderful facades on every street. We enjoyed the tourist train ride around the centre on our first day...it gave a good sense of what was where in the centre. The hotel had lifts providing easy access to all floors, especially for those like us with mobility problems. The breakfast was very good. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm in the evening.
There were a few teething problems on arrival. We'd booked a double bed on Booking.com and were given two singles. We couldn't find the WiFi password in the bedroom. There weren't enough coat hangers. There wasn't any kettle or tea making facilties. These problems were all solved by our being relocated the next day. There was only one chair which is a shame if you're travelling as a couple. The lighting in the bathroom is extremely harsh and wakes you up at night, the door was noisy too. We bought a plug in nightlight. There was lots of noise at night from other rooms, like furniture being moved around... perhaps because we were next to a service lift.
I thought the hotel was very good value and very clean.
I could not park my van which I think you should let the client know that the parking is only for cars.I think the food menu could improve for room service.
Very good value for money. Central location. Garage parking
Would have been better if we could have booked a parking space.
Well located, close to town and great car park, Comfortable room and big bathroom, very clean. Excellent simple breakfast, fresh orange juice, real coffee and selection of hot sandwiches.
View from hotel shown on Booking.co with hills is one side but the hotel is not in the middle of the countryside, there is a small business park development on the other.
Great welcome . Secure underground parking for our motorcycle. We had a lovely welcome at reception. Great breakfast.
Large, comfortable, clean room. Good air/c . Great location . Lovely staff. Very good breakfast and excellent value for money.
Nothing really - but a sign with TRH in addition to “Clientes” on the garage entrance would be helpful. We had difficulty finding the garage due to a temporary road closure.
Comfort .location. parking.
Hotel restaurant was closed on the 2 nights we stayed. It would have been good to be forewarned.
Because the hotel was very busy with a music concert we got a free upgrade to a suite, everything was amazing, the room, terrace, bathroom, shower. Breakfast was a choice of freshly made eggs and bacon, and much more. Very safe public car park for 10€ per night.
Nothing, everything was great.
Everything! Historical, beautiful, very comfortable hotel with a fabulous breakfast
The olive oil capital of Spain a lovely quiet town where everything is geared around olive oil and the church there are 20 churches in a small town and cathedrals them food is very good a wide choice of restaurants the streets are clean you can park for free in many places the people seem very friendly
If you don't drive you are a bit out of the way though Cordoba Granada are very close I enjoy driving so was lovely base for my journeys around that part of Spain
Very central location. Breakfast included which was a decent buffet. Room was spacious and clean.
There was a big tour group staying the first day, which meant that breakfast was chaotic, with noone greeting and seating, no free tables for arriving guests etc.
Great location
The noise. We wanted to rest in the afternoon but what sounded like a herd of elephants checked in and spent the afternoon dragging suitcases across the floor and banging doors. We skipped breakfast because of the deafening noise coming from the breakfast room. Trying to check out with 50 people shouting in reception was also challenging.
Lovely historical hotel in the centre of this lovely town. Nice room, on the small side but well appointed, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Very good breakfast included. Friendly staff. Has private parking but from past experience we knew how tight it was to get into off a narrow street with a largish car so opted for the nearby public carpark, secure and only €10 overnight.
All was good.
