Pros +
- Excellent facilities with very friendly staff. Parveena and Ali, at the reception, went out of their way to help us every possible way. Housekeeping guys, Pranav and Anup, were very helpful. Room facilities were superb. Main meals and breakfasts contained plenty of choices and were delicious. Nothing to complain and highly recommend.
- FoodCleanedSpacious rooms
- Extremely modern Hotel in a not so modern place ! Beautiful laid out dining area , good spacious rooms with well equipped washrooms . Good spread of meals for both dinner as well as breakfast . We were treated to apricots grown in the garden of the hotel , which was a warm gesture from the Hotel staff. Very commendable of maintaining such facilities in a very difficult place at a value for money proposition .
Cons -
- It is located in a busy market area, although that didn't get any negative points as we liked to explore the locals.
- The approach to the Hotel is through very narrow lanes and dinghy shops on either side of the road . But once you enter the Hotel , the warmth and hospitality of the place makes you forget the lead up to the place !!
- I need to pay via Indian bank which I need to look around. Finally found a friend who have an Indian bank acct.

The room , the restaurant and the friendly staff. The garden is a plus for an afternoon of leisure reading.

The rooms were beautiful. So were the bathrooms. Each of our rooms had an additional heater considering the temperature was around -6 degrees. outside The food was excellent. The manager and his aid - both very young and extremely capable and caring. Thank you very much. Would love to stay again.
Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. very clean and smart and an enjoyable stay.
everything was good.
Did not have time to eat but hotel staff packed me a nice sandwich
Not much view
Beautiful hotel with helpful and courteous staff. Make your stay comfortable and memorable. They have an amazing breakfast buffet, worth a mention!
Need better parking facilities.
The hotel is a well maintained property. It's clean and well maintained, backed by good service. The highlight was the breakfast. A sufficiently wide selection to choose from and the service team is quite efficient.Special call out to Sonu for his fantastic services!
1. The bathrooms are small, comparable to budget corporate hotels2. The beds are extra bouncy, not conducive for a healthy sleep3. They provide 2 bottles of water, additional filter water is charged or they ll give you a jar of water. Not ideal when you are traveling and can't risk it.
we were very happy with our choose. The staff were incredible and the hotel is extremely clean, with a great location. Highly recommend
Brilliant location loved the sheltered garden off the restaurant. The hotel is everything you would expect from a modern hotel. Staff were fantastic.
