The location was great, it had wonderful views and was very clean.
There was no excess furniture in the room other than the bed so we had to place luggage on the floor. There was no shampoo offered. It was a rainy time and there was no rug for feet on entry. The staff were ok but not altogether positive.
Location was good. Breakfast pretty good. Room clean. Good air conditioning.
Many stairs, receptionists (around 22 years old) said he couldn’t help me with my bag due to COVID so I (age 60) had to carry my bag up 3 flights of stairs. Bed & pillows were SUPER firm, too firm for my liking. When I made my reservation on Booking.com the photo for my room showed a balcony, there was no balcony.
Breakfast was ok. Normal nothing exotic or different. I think should have some tropical fruits with better presentation.
Mattres. Very bad. seems old or poor quality. Well, a hotel with a bad mattres means bad hotel.
