Location was great. A short walk to centre of town and near great restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Disappointed with room. Did not match the description of ‘a suite’. Expected better. We did upgrade (at additional expense) and the room was very nice.

Loved the breakfast overlooking terrace and pool. Fresh juice very good. Staff were very friendly and attentive.Relaxing by the pool all day overlooking the sea was a nice way to spend a couple of days on holiday.

The location was exceptional, close to Rua das Pedras and a walking distance to Azeda and João Fernandes. Anywhere else we could access by uber. The room was clean, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff was always very friendly and helpful!

Our room had a bit of a noise problem, since we stayed close to the entrance/staff area, but we didn't stay in the room for long during the day so it wasn't a bother.

Comfy room. Nice view from the pool and excellent location. The staff was really nice and a abasvery tasty breakfast

The hotel is a dream. The whole ambience with the great terrace with a beautiful view in a great location. not far from the hotel are 2 top beaches : Joao Fernandes Beach and Azeda beach. Breakfast very good quality an very friendly staff.Price-performance ratio top!

rooms needs some update …. , also for the price no coffee tea ammenities in the room , nor bottle of water .they could improve that.

lots of stairs to the room, modest accommodation for 3 people in one room, very basic breakfast served at the table (we expected more)

Location, food quality and friendly staff.

Included breakfast should be Buffett style. Bed mattresses and pillows are poor quality. Service hours are too limited: kitchen closes at 8pm and bar at 10 pm. Property is understaffed in the evening.

Amazing breakfast and view, beautiful pool and outdoor lounging area. Staff was very warm and helpful, great access to the main sidewalk to town. Coffee/tea machine available at all times!

Rooms themselves are basic but very clean and bathroom also very clean.

- Tv without streaming - The swimming pool doesn’t have heater - The staff isn’t very professional. - It doesn’t have a restaurant/room service or Mini bar.- The bed isn’t good

this made the 4th time i have stayed at your hotel... i love it... i was to get a room with a balcony but got ocean view instead, i would have liked having the choice if that is what i wanted, since i reserved a balcony room... the breakfast is not buffet style, i miss that... the staff are all very nice.. i love your location and your hotel... thanks..

They gave me a different room than the one I booked. I complained and they changed it for me. they said the photos on Booking are not for the exact rooms. Photos should be updated.

The room was gorgeous with an incredible view over the sea - our shower even had a panoramic view of the sea and town. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, giving us maps of the beaches, making great cocktails for us and doing everything they could to make our stay the best.Breakfast was tasty, the pool area was lovely and the food we had was also really decent - we had some steaks when we arrived and they were delicious.

First room was great size with good view

The breakfast is served late in the morning wit h don’t match with the excursions and reservation is needed with anticipation.I should ask many times to have first breakfast option at 8am.
