Very professional service from all department.Everyone is extremely kind and professional, without exception. Location is excellent - few steps down to Ferradura Beach.

The views were amazing. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was spectacular, especially the service!

The dinner was over-priced for quality of food. Recommend eating dinner off property or ordering room service.

The room was very nice and even had a spa bath. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, and the restaurant was great. Breakfast was really delicious, and the view while having breakfast was just amazing. The pool was warm, which was perfect since the weather was a bit cold, and the hotel also has a beautiful beach right in front.

There was some noise from the nearby rooms , which was a bit disturbing.

Room was comfortable. Restaurant was very good. Staff was fantastic. Heated pool was very nice.

Menu was small, but everything was very good.

The location and the room eventually provided for the 2nd night was good.

On arrival we were upgraded. This room in my view was a downgrade. But even worse the shower had a fault and dripped (actually noisily dribbled) all night long. The hotel couldn’t fix and said they would try again the next day to fix it. The room was open plans so any noise from the shower was heard from the bed. My wife and I didn’t get any sleep due to the continuous dripping. Next day the staff were very unhelpful, we asked for the room to be cleaned 3 times and eventually at 16.00 it was. The repair couldn’t be made to the shower and after insisting that we couldn’t sleep in that room for another night, they eventually moved us to another room at 17.30z

Very lazy and silly attitude of the receptionists: they were lazy and not helpful, didn’t know how to make a phone call to Rio!!!

Stunning location and excellent layout of the hotel around the coast with different views from each area.Communal areas well designed. The staff were outstanding and although the language barrier caused some laughs everyone tried hard to communicate.The food in the restaurant was outstanding in quality.

Have to pay for all room services such as coffee capsules for the coffee maker, drinking water etc.For a 4* hotel complimentary water should be a given.There were no T Bags and cold milk was charged.The bedding and sheets desperately needed replacing - worn and grey, and some staining on the sheets. The pool towels have seen better days and were clen but stained and thin.

The property and staff exceeded expectations. The photos here do not capture the beauty and uniqueness of this property. We had terrific massages in one of the most beautiful spa rooms and canceled adventures to spend more time lounging at the property. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Don’t be fooled

I came here with my wife for our honeymoon for a nice relaxing holiday. Overall I was very disappointed as this hotel is not as advertised (we ended up leaving early). Online and on social media it is portrayed as a welcome relaxing getaway. It is quite the opposite and I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. There is an awful day club right beside the hotel which plays terrible loud music all day long and it can be heard very loudly in your bedroom. This is NOT how the hotel is advertised on their website (spa boutique). Every Saturday there are outdoor weddings in a nearby hotel that also play very loud music until past midnight so do not expect to get a good nights sleep or be able to unwind. The servers in the hotel although very nice do not have a word of English (literally mean zero English) and just keep talking to you in Portuguese. I understand this is a Portuguese speaking country but at least servers should understand some very basic English (in other top hotels in the area they do). In the morning times there is a lack of beach towels and we were told nearly each morning to come back after 1pm for towels. There are only 25 rooms so this is very disappointing that they do not have towels ready. The breakfast is really good with lots of options and probably the best thing about this hotel. The restaurant is only average and very expensive so look elsewhere. The rooms are adequate although not the cleanest. We also had a really nice massage. But the hotel is really let down by the continuous loud banging music constantly heard day and night. We left the hotel 3 days into our stay and moved into a different hotel to enjoy the rest of our honeymoon which turned out to be a great decision. The manager did absolutely nothing for us after we explained our unhappiness of the hotel. Overall I would not recommend this hotel as there are much better options for similar price elsewhere in Búzios.

Excellent staff. Awesome pool. The hotel was amazing and well situated. Also had an excellent spa day. Right on beach and surrounded by ocean.

The food was decent - but other than that all is good.

The rooms had a weird smell, some a sewage and some of mould.

Hotel nicely built into the hillside. Pretty individual and cool style. Sun until sunset und very nice view over the bay

The entire staff (reception, dining and bar) was charming, helpful and made every aspect of our stay memorable. They couldn’t have been more professional

The wardrobe in the bedroom was too small for 2 (tiny)

Basically there are 3-4 from desk staff speaking or understanding English. The rest, NONE, you struggle to communicate with them on simple things like asking for milk on the side of your coffee. This is a bit of a challenge and thinking about the value proposition and the cost (+ the number of stars they have) it’s a problem

Beautiful location, plenty of space to sit and relax.

Slightly too removed from main town, not within walking distance from restaurants. The same soundtrack / background music played on repeat.

From the people at the front desk through every part of the hotel, they were friendly and helpful. The views are incredible and the location was the best we saw on our trip to Buzios. If I want back, I would stay here again.

The bed was a little hard and the doors shake and squeak on windy days. Earplugs were an easy fix.

In the beginning some discussion as the room was not the same as on internet.The staff finally did everything to make us happy and upgraded the room as promised at the moment of reservation.The location, accommodation and the kitchen are very nice.

Good location and hotel, with plenty of different spaces to chill and enjoy Ferradura views. Breakfast was excellent, special mention for Diogo who was very helpful during our stay, providing great food recommendations at the restaurant!

Ferradura is a nice beach to spend the day, but the hotel is quite far from Orla Bardot. Not a deal breaker as the hotel is great, but something to keep in mind (easy to get a taxi, which is no more than 25 reais).

Best in Búzios! hands down…pool & bars

A little pricey but was really probably justified!
