Large rooms, nice swimming pool, car garage, and location.

The buffet dinner and the A La Cart food was of very low standard for this type of hotel. Window AC (very noisy) should be something of the past.

The central pool area is stunning, certainly has the luxury feel. The pool is massive so groups can each have their own area. The room was huge with a big terrace overlooking the pool. Very well appointed room with a huge walk-in shower. Free parking was very welcome. The location can't really be bettered, midway between the beach and the town. The gardens are lush and well looked after. If you're religious there is a lovely small chapel within the hotel grounds

The staff are generally unfriendly or downright rude. The big guy behind the bar is totally unfit for hospitality service. He left the young waiter to make our drinks with barely any instruction. Luckily I have some bar experience so I managed to talk him through it, and we ended up with acceptable drinks. Mine was a little sour though so I returned to the bar for some sugar and the barman, having returned, turned his back on me and pretended to be making coffee. I ended up leaning over the bar and helping myself to sugar. The next afternoon at 3.00pm there were 2 waiters at the pool. After my quick swim they'd both disappeared and we had to queue up at the bar. Breakfast isn't up to the standard it should be. The juice is overly watered down as to be unpleasant. Hot milk and coffee urns difficult to use. Over eager waiters clearing cups and plates barely finished with which made us feel uncomfortable. Zero entertainment of any kind, we had to ask the waiter to put some music on at the bar in the evening

The location of the hotel and the spacious room

The communication with the hotel reception was a nightmare. They couldnt even find our bookings, through booking.com. They wouldnt listen to anything we were saying. Completely incapables.The room was dirty and in either of the rooms we stayed, the safebox's doors were not in place. The hotel in total (and the rooms) seem to have been designed in the 80's - and never changed.

The premises very pleasant. Breakfast was ok . When I made booking I specifically asked for a room on the ground floor but we^hen we checked in room on upper floor.Then into another room reeked of fungus. then yet another room which was fine.

Service and more freedom. feels like a prison where each move is recorded.

Quite noise, I wake up very early due to the noise in other rooms. Not a friendly reception service as well. It just a poor hotel

Very good breakfast with allot of options, even an omelette/crepe/tapioca station. Rooms were clean, beautiful big pool. But nothing beats the location, right ok Orla Bardot, walking distance to everything, you won’t need your car. Staff was very accommodating also, we forgot our son’s id to check in and they were very patient in waiting an trying to help my mom until my mom sent pics of documents. Highly recommend

Cakes were not good (normally in this type of Brazilian hotel, the 'bolos' are delicious)You can tell that management doesn't care...

Clean, comfortable and spacious hotel. Tasty, varied breakfasts and friendly, helpful staff.

I was traveling alone and was given a roomwith two single beds, rather than a double or queen bed, despite the room description I chose. I communicated this to the hotel through the Booking site, but my request was not acknowledged.

Location was great and the staff was friendly.

The rooon is very old and outdated. AC is very old. Bed sheets have stains. There were roaches in the bathroom. The pool was nasty. The breakfast is not good.

There is a large swimming pool and lots of options for breakfast which was amazing. The location is central and very close to many restaurants and beaches.

The property overall is rather old and very visible in the hallways and rooms. Modernization would make this hotel really amazing.
