The room has lots of broken and old things.the breakfast was not good, many things but few were good and tasteful.

Convenient and well located. Amazing staff, very charming and welcoming. Good facilities a bit in need of maintenance but normal for a beach town property

The double bed was not a double bed but two single beds together, this was very uncomfortable for sleeping. This was main reason of the score

Pleasant garden environment with heated swimming pool. A few minutes walk to Geribá beach where there were sun umbrellas and deck chairs reserved for hotel guests. Staff were very friendly particularly the restaurant and bar staff. Food at restaurant was excellent.

Room was a bit small and could be made more comfortable.

Very nice staff, the property offers a divine garden and pool with the convenience of a bar/restaurant that is good and affordable. It is also very close to the beach and few stores around. The room is nice with an outside space. The shower has a good pressure and heat.

Walls are like paper so you can hear the neighbors snoring! The bathroom is very small.

Facilities were very nice, near beach, god restaurant.

Bathroom of our room was very very small and the room didn’t have much place to keep the clothe.

Location and pool area

Room wasn’t the like we thought, this one was too small but the outside area is great.

Everything was very good - the pool was nice, the room was a good value and spacious for our family with two little kids, the breakfast was very good, all the cocktails we ordered as well, the playground for kids was great, we would stay here again!

There’s nothing bad to say - maybe it would be nice if they could have the bug repellent close to the pool.

when I arrived I was not given the room I had booked which was a bit disappointing. when this was pointed out the room was changed immediately

Breakfast was amazing.. complete and delicious.and not only breakfast, every meal we've ordered was delicious. truly recommend.The staff exceed expectations and was very considerate, courteous, helpful and nice, specially the pool and restaurant team.

The only complaint is that the Geriba beach isnt that pretty.

The surrounding aérea is pretty inviting and clean

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the linens were very cheap and the pillows had many stains on them.

Good selection buffet breakfast, parking on site, exceptional care and attention from staff.

Rooms rather smaller than they appear in photographs. Decking area around pool a bit tired and needing maintenance.

nice infrastructure for a relaxing long weekend. Lovely pool area, nice playground for the kids, good breakfast.

The rooms need some urgent renovation works

#1 - This place is an absolute dream come true for relaxation. So chill and tranquil. The atmosphere, landscaping, outside lighting, music, and pool work in harmony to bring you to a far away place of relaxation. #2 - The staff will handle ANY need that comes to surface. If there is a problem of any sort, they make sure to handle it immediately and rectify the situation. Fernando the manager along with his awesome staff were on top of everything!#3 - You will NOT find better food in Buzios. Serena has the best kitchen in the ENTIRE city! Trust me, we tried all the restaurants, EAT AT SERENA and you will not be disappointed!!!

This is such a small issue but the glass shelf in the shower was unnecessary. It was located on the wall where you walk in and out and I found that out of place. That is the only thing I found that I’d change?.

The hotel is very very beautiful, with a friendly and attentive staff and in a great location. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was good, served in a lovely setting.

Some features in our room needed a little attention/better maintenance - poorly aged fixtures and decorations in the bathroom, some light fixtures needing some love, decorative pillows needing a better wash, small details. In the first night the staff forgot to leave us a blanket, but left one for the second night, without our asking, which was nice.The restaurant was quite expensive for Buzios standards, comparable to the top restaurants in Armação. We had lunch there when we arrived and the cost/benefit was not reasonable. Not a place where you can mindlessly sit and order a snack or light meal.
