Stunning hotel, all staff were brilliant, pool area superb and food was stunning and plenty of choice

Spent 6 nights here in March. Lovely hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Only 2 minor negatives lack of cupboard/drawer storage in rooms and payment for safe considering most hotels now provide same service free of charge.

No water offered at mealtimes,you had to buy bottled water.

Service at bar was very poor. e.g. mojito was on bar menu. When requested I was told no mint and no lime and a shrug of the shoulders. Got impression he couldn’t be bothered. No apology. Also no maitre de in restaurant, no one to ask about anything. Reception were helpful though

Close to the northern soul venue Clean rooms spacious have stayed here numerous times

The pool although heated was still chilly The jacuzzi isn’t heated

I loved everything from the moment we arrived till the minute we left the staff were just fantastic

This is just a silly thing and it is only because of what I have at home, I just didn't find the pillows very comfortable they are flat and not very soft and I often found myself waken up trying to get comfortable, again as I said it's a silly thing as I've feather plumped pillows on my own bed.

Everything, location perfect, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, warm a d comfortable.

Price was very expensive, only got welcome tea and coffee, if more wanted throughout stay, it had to be purchased for €12 for 7nt stay. Also had to pay €2’s to charge mobility scooter. Have stayed in many hotels in Benidorm and never had to pay to charge scooters before.

Kettle in room didn't work and tripped electricity in room , asked 3 times to get it sorted but it wasn't checked to make sure it worked and everything OK before maintenance left room.

No waiter service Xmas day .no extra effort made for Xmas eve . The price for water was ridiculous and I had to have it to take tablets with food as per prescription instructions

having to stand at the back and shouted at by other people as they couldn't see and it wasn't their hotel! priority needs to be given to people staying at the hotel, its a nightmare having to eat at 7 when the shows start
