The location

Beds smelled like cigarettes, beds were super hard and towels were cheap. Also, the air conditioning didn't work

Location is perfect, at the beach.

Check-in at 16.00 h, check-out until 11.30 h.

No kettle in room could be nice be able make coffea or tea

Room fairly basic but super clean, super comfy. Very powerful and hot shower too. Black out curtains with a small balcony but excellent value for money compared with similar hotels in the neighbourhood.

Breakfast coffee was awful (we bought coffee from the bar where it was much nicer) But the food was ok.

Having to pay in full ,plus when we had the power cut ...wouldn't let us charge to the room .Without food and drink 11 hours

Lovely hotel. Right on the seafront. Plenty of shops,cafes close by. Great roof terrace. Our 3rd time staying in this hotel. We will definitely be back and we always recommend it to other people.

Nothing negative to say.

Had the most comfortable bed with ocean view balcony that was so peaceful. Breakfast was fantastic and always different each morning. I would definitly choose this hotel again.

The location was good

The air con wasn’t working in my room and I left early because they couldn’t fix it. The heat in the room was unbearable and I went in April

Great location in Old Town. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole hotel and bedroom was spotlessly clean, smelt nice, and well maintained. Basic facilities in a modern room but perfectly comfortable. (Room 205- sea view)

Check in at 4pm but had a luggage room where everything was secure on the 1st floor. Kettle in the room, but no cups, teabags/coffee or spoons so quite pointless. Would have enjoyed a morning hot drink.

Aircon didn’t work or wasn’t very good so could get a little stuffy at night.

Was a nice hotel, basic breakfast, shame the pool was closed.Would have been nice to have a fridge and kettle in the room.Other than that clean hotel, nice staff

Beachfront location made it easy to travel around the area. The room was very generously sized. Breakfast offered a small variety of food, which changed daily.

A wider variety at breakfast, available beach towels for guests to borrow.

Air conditioning was barely functioning, would not stay here in the summer! Nice and clean, maid cleaned room every day, breakfast was good and a great selection.

Good sized room with a large double bed. Quiet.

The pool was empty and closed despite it being hot and sunny. Before I left, the reviews commented that the food option was rated very poorly. I must say it was pretty awful. I'm not a fussy eater and enjoy Spanish food, but this was like nothing I'd ever encountered. Lots of fried food. Meats and fish in sauces. Nothing particularly hot at the buffet. Very basic salads. Deserts not pleasant. Breakfast is ok, but don't go for the lunch or dinner option. I only ate at the hotel and on day 6 I developed food poisoning. I was unable to leave my room as I was so ill until I left for home two days later. Sheets weren't changed daily and towels were thin and I was only given one.

Absolute fantastic hotel, location 10/10 amazing staff, was in the dreaded 118 room haha! but was fine for me,shout out to man at reception, had issues with my phone on day 1 and he let me use his personal phone which was much appreciated as phone wouldnt charge and had boardimg pass on it and familly and friends contact numbers, was also solo travelling for 1st time, so was pretty nervous time forme, he helped me alot, thanks! Would recommend to anyone, hotel always clean and smelling good also, and the beach is also 5 steps away from hotel ? Only thing I would suggest is having some for British breakfast items but apart from that 9.5/10 ❤️ Will be back
