This is our 4th stay here and our 2nd for new yearThe food is my main complaint It has gone down hill since we stayed in MayLast years New Year’s Eve food was good This year was horrendous We will not be stopping againStaff are brilliant

Clean and comfortable room with lots of space. Lovely and helpful staff. Great food!

The location is good for relaxing but a bit far from the centre of town if you're walking.

The location was ok. The room was clean but small.

The spa facilities were in the sister hotel and weren't clearly explained in the information.

Please be aware we had a free taxi offer with booking.com upon arrival at alacante.airport. we waited over 1 hour and 50 minutes for our taxi that failed to show up despite ringing all the numbers we got no answer leaving me no choice but to pay for a taxi at a cost of 90 euros not ideal at 2am with 2 small chidren.I have been in contact with booking & all they offered me was a 10% discount if I take another taxi.I believe the company they use cheap transfers do this on a regular basis. I have screenshots of other customers who had the same problem.The hotel was fantastic from Start to finish Every member of staff was great The food & drink were good Also, the entertainment team worked really hard & and was fantastic with my children The pool was freezing but didn't stop my kids from getting in just me.The lifeguard on duty was very strict & was onto any little incident. A few people moaned about it, but for me, I felt very comfortable in the fact that his main concern was the safety of the guests & young children.Overall, it was a fantastic week in the sun.

Rooms and public toilets needs updating. Bathroom door wouldn't close, curtains torn, no pillow cases or duvet covers. Patio doors didn't seal which left a constant draught and fies coming in at night time.No sound proofing so you could hear people in other rooms and any entertainment so very little sleep as the room next to the bedroom were very loud snorers and the room beside the living room had quite a few domesticsVery hard mattresses . The staff were very pleasant and the food was good but unfortunately due to lack of sleep we spent most of our time away from the hotel or trying to get a few hrs sleep in the middle of the day

Good value for money hotel which is very clean and does the job for when you’re staying in Benidorm. It’s a little bit out of the way for people who don’t like much walking but was fine with us, and we liked that it was a bit quieter.

Hotel was nice and clean, reception staff were very friendly. We were able to park outside.

Suites probably need a little update.

The single beds moving apart

The breakfast had multiple choices. The balcony was big enough.

The room looked tired, e.g., curtains had holes, the bathroom wall was moving. At the breakfast I saw a cucaracha on the dining table. I have a different view of a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast & all the food where excellent the room was great the staff where great the entertainment was great the location to the sea front was great in fact so much so that we’ve booked to come back this New Year but we where hopping to get a better deal than we’ve got

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

fantastic suite. modern, clean and very spacious, couldnt fault it.food and drinks were all excellent. The only tiny issue was the pool wasnt heated but otherwise we had a great stay here.

Always the location is good but, Christmas Eve was a disaster. There is a campo area to the side and back of the hotel andan illegal rave went on all night Christmas eve. Everyone was totally exhausted on Christmas day and that spoiled theatmosphere. Especially when the attitude of a very experienced mature lady on reception left much to be desired.Condescending and dismissive of any kind of critism of the handling of that terrible situation. The walls of the rooms were vibrating and a lot of people were extremely upset by it all. You need someone on reception that is trained to handle that. The situation should have been handled by the police but, they attended and then left the site. So as soon as they left it all started up again. Music and speaker equipment should have been confiscated.

The Food served and the attitude of the people serving it left much to be desired.NO HAND SANITISER entering the cafeteria, it was empty and never refilled, same in all the Toilets downstairs and upper floor of the entertainment area.

Great views from the top floors and a nice balcony. Spacious rooms with big sofas. Nice staff and a lot of happy British people. Nice atmosphere.

The rooms are getting worn down and would need a renovation, especially the showers.

Great choice. It it’s a shame the restaurant is in the basement. Not great lighting and barely any christmas decorations, it lacked the wow factor. A particular mention of Jenny and Dennis- just amazing people who made everyone welcome and maintained their professionalism and friendliness all of,the time

More Christmas decorations.more choice in the snack bar. Definitely needed more afternoon entertainment. It costs nothing to put a quiz on or to have an area set up for movies which you could class as an entertainment function. Chair yoga/ crafting/adult treasure hunt etc would be great for people who don’t want to spend all day in the bar

Not a bad hotel. Everything you needed. Wouldn't rate it as a 4 star but good value for money and was clean.

Food was ok and a fair amount of choice.

Great Staff , some very friendly and genuine, Food at the Pool was excellent and plentiful. great choice and variety in the restaurant and great service again from Denis and rest of the staff.Room was great and very clean, Cleaned every day. Would go back again

Our 4th visit to this Hotel. OK but unlikely to return unless things change .Such a shame.

Hotel tired. In need of re vamp. Towels dirty smelly and threadbare. A/C too noisy to use. Fridge door wouldn't shut and iced up. Ants in Bathroom. Glasses removed and not replaced, cups not washed up, milk and bottled water not replaced. Select Lounge Terrace untidy, dirty tables ,inside Lounge dirty glasses, plates etc not cleared regularly. All reported to reception upon leaving as did not wish to spoil our short stay. Other customers heard our complaints and agreed with us and said they had stayed 3 times before but wouldn't be returning.

We liked the separate living room out side was beautiful, the pool was good. Food was delicious especially the steak pie and toast chicken and the options were varied

The balcony could have done with sun Ed’s as it was so big, this would have been a perfect addition

Hotel was lovely and clean. Great breakfast and snack bar. Although we stayed all inclusive we didn't use it to it's full advantage as we enjoyed going out to explore and trying local restaurants on our travels. We did catch the Sunday lunch on the afternoon buffet which was really enjoyable.From what I did see the staff were always trying to keep everyone entertained around the pool area and always acts on and very lively of an evening. we stayed on the 18th floor so we didn't hear any of the music ect. Hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the strip if that's what your after or carry straight down to the beach. Turn right on the promenade and walk 15 minutes to the end and up the alley ways and your In the beautiful old town or turn left and walk 15-20 mins and your in the new town.

staff not very informative at check in. we only found out a few hours before check out that we could have used the Indian restaurant next door to the main buffet as part of all inclusive stay or a small fee of €20 if staying less that 5 days.
