The check in went smoothly, the room was good, the breakfast was excellent

Our experience at this Benidorm hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and we were very impressed with the overall service. A huge plus was their incredible flexibility with the check-in process—it was a real lifesaver and made our first day so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!

A bit old fashioned, dated. Air con dosnt work properly

Hotel was nice but we where put on first floor very noisy with all the air con equipment and not very pleasant to look at .Photos don't show them on the website

Value for money & good location

We had requested 2pm check-in which the Hotel said they would hope to honour. However, on arrival Reception staff stated check-in not possible before 4pm (on Hotel’s own website it says check-in 2pm). So one rule for own website bookings and another when using Booking.com!

the maid was excellent very polite and room kept excellent

the hotel was practally all spanish,entertainment was all in spanish .never had meals so cant compare.

Rooms was comfortable and clean breakfast was good plenty of choice

Hotel is in a excellent location for everything, the facilities are good and the staff are friendly and helpful, the indoor pool was an unexpected surprise and the rooms are clean and comfortable, there was also a decent choice of food for breakfast.

The false advertisement of what the hotel provides. No air con, no iron and no shuttle service,

Great central but quiet location, lovely pools inside and outside, good choice of food, something to watch every night with the entertainment so we didn’t go out after dinner, daytime activities if wanted,

Noise! Literally zero sound proofing. Been going to Spain for 30yrs and never known anything like it. Plus there were large groups of youngsters who wanted to carry on partying in their rooms keeping us awake until 3-6am. We moved rooms twice!

Need better bedding and pillows, water head on shower and issue, lifts are rubbish and the stairs are blocked by mattresses which is dangerous

Beautiful hotel and pool. Staff friendly and helpful. About 15 min walk to centre but we wanted to be in a quiet part. Only 5 min walk to beach to nearest bars. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols. There was work being done on pool area but it didn't stop us enjoying the sun and we got complimentary drink for the inconvenience. Breakfast was nice- usual continental, fruit, yoghurt, hot, fresh croissants baked on site. Definitely recommend and go back.

Found it strange not to have stairs just lifts, as would have liked the excercise now and again?. But otherwise nothing to dislike

The breakfast cater for every taste there was nothing missing at breakfast the pool Jacuzzi sun lounges in the Sun seating throughout the foyer of the hotel

There was nothing I can say. I didn’t like about my stay about the hotel about the Staff. Everything was really nice.

The aircon in the room was broken and was not fixed during our stay so the room was permanently hot. The stool in the bathroom and surface under the tv was dusty (stool was covered in a thick layer). Worst of all, there was building work being done around the pools all day everyday, builders drilling the ground from dawn to dusk. Half of the area was closed off and no sign of relaxation - we were not pre-warned about this at all.

The breakfast was not good coffee machine didn't work. On the 3rd day we were there work going on by the pool drilling all day...!!!!! No kettle in room shower was not good .tv didn't work ?

Was a nice hotel to stay in, overall great, but the air conditioning wasn't working. However, not an issue as it was still 15-18° during our stay
