location perfect in old town frendly staff and good breakfast

thin walls and taxies wont drop you front doors in high season becouse in old town but not hotels foults

The location is perfect ? near the beach, old town, restaurants and bars.

We didn't like dirty towels. For all 9 days, towels always had some dark spots.

Staff were super helpful and polite . I booked a double room but the bed was a 3/4 bed so a little small for me and my husband. They changed our room without hesitation as soon as they could

All good, walls are thin in these old hotels...so noise can be an issue ( bring your headphones)Tvs are very small........:)

Really good location, staff were excellent and it was prefect for a stag weekend with the lads.

Lovely hotel in the middle of old benidorm. Reception staff, lovely and pleasant, nothing was to much for them. Cleaners do a great job and always say hellow when they see you. I read one of the reviews and it says break was toast, ham and cheese. Every day we were there it was fried eggs, scrambled, bacon, beans, toast, sausage, yes there is ham and cheese also. Fruit, yougurts, and a coffee machine for drinks. The only down side was there was not enough to choose from for evening meal. There was soup, meatballs, chips, lasagne, and rice. But i would go back no bother at all.

Clean room, welcoming staff. Couldn't fault it. Perfect location for our needs.

Right in the centre of the Old Town, close to many bars, view points, both beaches, shops and restaurants.

The hotel Santa Faz is excellent for getting around Benidorm. The staff were great. The hotel although a little dated was clean. We would stay again.

Great location, fabulous staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choices and a nice but small bar area. We have visited many times and will do so again.Would be better if cooked breakfast items could be hotter. Would also like it if the standard minimum stay was less than 4 nights. I understand why but it's not always convenient to do 4 nights. Otherwise, almost perfect stay

The breakfast that was included was great we ate only once food was very cold and wasn't much of an option. So didn't eat there again . Room was ok . Staff was friendly bed really was not comfortable at all .

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good,staff were really friendly, couldn't of asked for more and reasonably priced...?

Clean friendly and great location

Santa Faz is in the heart of the Old Town and handy for all its bars and clubs.

Parking is a challenge when you stay in Benidorm’s Old Town, but few small hotels offer parking here so Santa Faz is no worse than its competitors in this respect.

Location was great.

Like other people have said in previous reviews, room was very tired looking with furniture. Needed all the walls repainting as it look scruffy. The walls are extremely thin to the point we heard people showering and using the toilet. The toilet cistern/plumbing definitely needs a major overall due to when people used the flusher, the water pipe in the building made a loud shuddering noise, so didn’t have any good nights sleep. The patio doors didn’t lock and I’m sure they are single glass units so heard every noise in the street. Bath towels are rough and one that we had had a black stain on it. One hand towel holder was hanging off the wall and the toilet seat was broken. There is rust in the bath and the shower head, way too small for the water pressure in the building. Money defo needs to be spent on the hotel. We won’t stay there again or recommend to friends sadly. Staff that we encountered was very warm and friendly.

Great location in the middle of the old town

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and the location and the staff are excellent and very accommodating. The room that we had was starting to look but tired with scuffs on the wall and with only one halogen spot light in the bathroom it left the whole shower area very dim. That being said we would stay again as the other rooms that we have had were if better standard

Breakfast was ok not much choice and beans were always cold didn’t turn on the hot plate to keep food warm

The reception staff were exceptionally personable, I remember Carlos being particularly approachable and friendly. While I was sitting in reception area he sorted out a couple of issues for other guests, and being very polite throughout.

Wasn't too keen on the low bed and mattress in 206, ended up with a sore back each morning.
