Helios Benidorm

We’ve stopped here a few times and it very good

The only slight problem was that we’ve allways had a coffee machine in the room this time we didn’t

Loved that it was adults no noise very relaxing around the pool.

Even thing was very clear

Lovely hotel, calm music, option for quick coffee downstairs, nice pool, hand written notes by staff

Mattress very soft, does not keep shape, not adequate for a restful sleep for adults, painful positions to recover from… maybe adequate for kids, but not for adults… Base of the bed also did not help at all. Super basic, poor quality. Also first photo showed bathtub, I expected bathtub, was not informed or asked at reception if I’d prefer bathtub or shower… that was disappointing…

The staff were extremely nice and accomodating. The two guys that checked me in were really nice, unfortunately I do not know their name.

The room was not soundproof at all, I could hear the room nearby talking, moving and their music. Even though they were talking quietly. Cardboard walls probably. Luckily I only stayed for one night.

Location.

No Drawers in the room, Shower Tray like Glass (very dangerous to shower on, I slipped a few times), No Hotel Parking, no tea or coffee in the room, despite paying 444 euros for a 3-night stay.

Spotlessly clean, food was very good, super comfy beds and excellent location. Staff member went around pool asking for any issues, every day, never seen this before in any hotel. Every room had generous balcony, good a/c, spa to dream of, very nice pool area. Would struggle to find a better hotel in Spain.

The complimentary prosecco at breakfast, cos I don't drink before noon.?

The hotel and the rooms are very, very clean and what I liked the most is how heartwarming and dedicated employees are to every question we had. Also what is worth mentioning is that we were not able to get the late checkout due to summer season and high demand, but there's a complimentary room that you can have for 30 mins to take a shower if you're coming from the beach last day and luggage room.

There was a bit of odour during the night coming from the toilet in our room 734 but nothing that can ruin our stay and overall picture of the hotel

Breakfast is fantastic. Mercedes is fabulous, she is about not sat in an office. She really cares about your visit. Making sure you are happy with food and your holiday is a good one. Thank you Mercedes ?

Very clean, staff beyond friendly, amazing food and drinks. Very welcoming,5 mins walk to pretty much everything you need

Nothing, Everything was just top notch!

Checking in and out was so easy, really helpful staff. Clean room, jacuzzi bath, pool view and comfy bed.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Very central.

Staff and cleanliness

My room 301 was unfortunately not up to your usual standards. Travelled with 3 friends who received far superior rooms at the same cost as mine

Great hotel! The staff were brilliant! The location is central but not too close to the noise of the strip. cleaners were lovely and came by every day. The hotel is spotlessly clean. the pool was heated as it was a little cold. the spa area is lovely and inexpensive. The food was nice and they have a fresh food cooking station for tea time. breakfast was fine. lots of fruit and cater for non dairy/gluten, which was great.

The food was nice but a lot of it is cooked in a lot of oil. That's a personal health thing to myself, though. I just don't like too much oil on my food. my partner found there to be a lack of vegetarian options as the fish wasn't deboned and put her off. she ended up eating a lot of the same thing. We are fussy eaters, though! Would probably be fine for other people. no kettle, but there is a coffee maker, so we boiled water in there.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Super clean, quiet, close to the beach, fantastic food, friendly staff! Thanks a lot! It was wonderful!
