Friendly ,not overcrowded, plenty of sunbeds .AI worth every penny, food was lovely with themed nights , drink ok just like any other AI holiday local. Spirits , only downfall are the stupid tokens, and if you lose it, you feel guilty asking for another. It's like bee a naughty school kid.Overall stay was good and we would return to the Gala Pacidia again

Property is very clean and well kept, good choice of food and enjoyed the theme nights of food. Pool area was clean and inviting. Bar staff and animation team were brilliant, we couldn't fault them and they brought us lots of laughter

Food was a little cold but they provided a microwave so solved that issue! wasn't an issue for us!A few more cocktails on the list, very limited

Clean hotel, staff mixed, some very helpful others not bothered. Rachel was very helpful Not told in advance have to pay for pool view despite e mailing beforehand.

Having if to pay 25 euros for the safe and only getting 10 euros back when we handed the key back we were told we would get the whole 25 euros back

Stay here almost every time we visit. Love the hotel, can't beat it for the price, a short walk out of town is great as a little quieter.

The food at hotel was very good , quality , and always fresh ,hot ,and of good variety, we had no complaints , amenities were also good , pools we did not use but noticed that surrounding area was cleaned daily , staff were always pleasant even when busy , reception were helpful , would be happy to stay here again ?

The fact that wasn't much going on in the day with a little music around the pool, and evening entertainment was very limited.

Location & friendliness of staff!

Room was small for 4 people with no balcony to use! The extra bed was uncomfortable. Both pools were used each day by kids when on the website it states 1 is an adult pool. Pools would benefit from having some music during the day. Food was okay - could be hotter!

No British TV stations if you wanted I night in the room. Asked at the reception, they said it was a problem with the receiver but was told by someone else who was there 4 weeks ago it's been like that for a wee while

Our room was very clean with a lovely comfy bed. There was a very wide variety of food. Breakfast every morning included English sausages, baked beans and eggs. Over our 5 days we were served roast chicken, grilled chicken, braised beef, grilled pork, pork chops, paella, meatballs, king prawns, a variety of fish and a good choice of potatoes, veg and salad. Everything we ate was very nice. The desserts were pretty standard, various cakes, yogurts and fresh melon and pineapple slices were served every lunch and evening. Drinks in the dining room were reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The 2 lifts are very small. 2 people with 2 cases is all they can hold. However, it wasn't a problem out of season in January.

Rooms old and out of date. Very noisy from neighbours and corridors . Bathroom chipped tiles and out dated. No fridge. Very small poor quality tv. Odd bulbes in lights strange red heat bulb in bathroom. Beds not fixed together . No duvet only old blankets Breakfast cold.

Food was quite average with the exception of Christmas Day gala dinner which was excellent

Very noisy hotel ( no sound proofing) I could hear next door snoring!!! I stayed in dec , good knows how loud it gets in height of season !!
