Hotel Joya

Excellent location. Very clean, friendly staff, couldn't fault it and would definitely return.

Reception staff were absolutely amazing. I had no other interaction with staff members.

The room was cold, dark, unwelcoming, and small. The beds were not comfortable and were low down, which caused a slight issue getting up and down.

I selected a double bed but got 2 singles. Room floor could have been cleaner.

I chose this hotel because it was near to a venue we were visiting The staff were friendly The hotel is basic but clean

There was nothing much around the hotel in a short walking distance very limited bars / cafes / restaurants

The location was perfect! Very central of new town and old town about 10 minute walk between both. The pool was lovely! The staff were very helpful.

Clean, convenient location, economical

Walls made of paper. Got woken up at 5.30 by other guests talking. Shower very weak and curtain kept sticking to my skin.

Great location not far to walk to all the main places, good that it had parking (10 euros a day), friendly staff, clean room. Nice and warm (we were then in December when it was cold weather). Pretty basic but considering the price paid good value for money.

My booking was cancelled at 1am when we were travelling to the hotel as they said they we had not turned up. I rang them and this was rectified but it did cause me some panic, thinking that I was arriving with nowhere to stay

can’t fault this hotel anybody travelling with a group of friends this hotel is great. This is the 2nd time using this hotel and will be the hotel we use for future bookings

For the cost of staying at Hotel Joya I can’t fault it.

staff were very accommodating. The hotel was easy to find and right in the middle of everything you need for a good stay in Benidorm. The rooms are basic but very clean
