The Agir Springs Hotel by Medplaya

We liked the good location and the helpful restaurant staff.

The hotel is quite worn out and old, and there is a general sense of chaos. We stayed during the off-season, so the breakfast experience was especially strange — hot options had to be specifically requested from the waiter, no breakfast menu was offered, and many guests staying at the same time as us did not receive any hot breakfast options at all. There was a lot of unprofessional behavior; restaurant staff did not hesitate to argue with each other in front of guests. The location is excellent, but it’s important to note that rooms facing the main street are extremely noisy. Overall, the value for money is quite poor — Benidorm has plenty of other high-quality hotels, so in comparison the situation here is rather disappointing. The hotel is no more than a 2-star level.

Air con wasn’t working wouldn’t do anything as was only there for one night

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Really clean, fab food and friendly staff especially Sandiego for his fabulous cocktails in the roof top pool. We are booking again for next year.

Roof terrace pool was really lovely and hotel has a really nice decor. Didn’t have a great view and the bathroom was a little smelly from the pipes

Easy check in, and 2 lifts available for our room on the second floor. A quiet hotel on Avenue Mediteraino a great place to watch the world go by. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and the same to the Benidorm strip. Room was a decent size with all the usual facilities. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices from cold, hot or continental.

At certain times of the day could be a bit noisy. Refurbishment work going on at the hotel behind.

Bathroom could be cleaner bleach need used in toilets and floors were not clean enough, but i really do love the hotel will be back

Nothing not to like

The beds were comfy. Everywhere was clean. Great location. The liveliness of the Strip is a 5-minute walk, and the quiet of Old Town is 15 minutes in the other direction. Lovely rooftop pool and bar, although don't expect to swim far in it.

The shower was a bit cramped and difficult to regulate. The gym equipment didn't work. One bike worked and several weights were missing.

Location is great, beds were really comfortable and room was clean. Staff were really friendly.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special but definitely had worse at other hotels in Benidorm. We felt a little catfished by the cute ‘diner style’ decor shown on the pictures that drew us into this hotel, the reception and pool area was stylish like shown but the rooms was a little dated. Our main issue during our stay was the walls are like paper, we could hear everything from above us and next to us, so we didn’t sleep great.
