The breakfast!

This hotel is not a 4 star resort. The pictures are very misleading. The rooms are dated. The air conditioning didnt work. The pool is tiny. They were out of towels at the front desk.

The air conditioning could not get the room below 23-24 degrees Celsius and the staff said that is normal. Should not be a four star hotel.

Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. The room was spacious although we did pay a lot of money for a sea view. location was excellent.

Check in at 4pm was ridicules when you land at 10.30am and have given notice of this fact. Perhaps people should leave earlier than 11am so they can clean for the new customers? Queuing until 10am to get round the pool. Not enough sunbeds or even deck chairs for the amount of rooms.

You could not fault the location at all. If I had not stayed here and walked along the beach this would have been the hotel I wanted to stay in. The staff were friendly but totally overworked ... or not in some places.

There were not enough staff in the dinning room, when ever you went to get something the serving bowl was empty. You had to search forever to find two cups or an appropriate plate. Its my fault because I hate a buffet but this one was worse than most. The vegetables looked like they were from frozen or from a tin... all mushy. There were bits and bobs of everything but nothing that looked like you could put a whole dinner together. Having said that I had salad for three nights as it was the only fresh thing out there. for a big hotel there were only two lifts, until one broke down and then there was only one... it was not mended whilst we were there so it was out for at least two days. How hard would it have been to get a lift engineer? The rooms were adequate, for an expensive room there was no tea or coffee offered and indeed no place to put it, if it were. The waiting staff by the pool were strange, there was always three standing around the bar looking like they were having a good chat and one rushing around trying to serve everyone but seemed to have blinkers on whenever we wanted a drink. I would not recommend this hotel or go there again, I don't know what has happened to the Melia hotels lately.

Location was spot on. Beautiful views of the beach. Hotel was absolutely spotless and the room was extremely spacious. Would highly recommend

Location and cleanliness

The pool was being retiled and when I complained it was just as if I had to just deal with it. I purposely picked this hotel because I like to lay by the pool in the sun. I even checked out a day early at my own cost and went elsewhere!

The pool was closed for 3 days for a minor repair, this was a let down and was made worse by the reception staff saying it would be open after 1 day of maintenance. Staff didn’t seem to care or apologise at all.

Disappointed in check in. My room wasn’t ready until 4 pm as expected , but when arriving at 1pm they said I could check in now if I gave them 60 euro for upgrade. I refused and said my room should have been made ready before an empty room. You should have upgraded me for free if the room was ready . I refused , and feel it is a bit of a con .

Location was great and the restaurant food was lovely

The pool was out of order and Anna summer holiday this is a must !!!! Couldn’t have been more disappointed

The pool was lovely however, never enough sun loungers and did not get to relax around the pool during our five nights even though we tried .

Been here many times before always have charged bar drinks to the room this year we were unaware everytime you order bar drinks 21% service charge is added if I had known that I would have paid cash and tipped waiter personally.Also as we are both elderly we have trouble walking we hired 2 mobility scooters for 5 days for which we were charged €50 by the hotel for electricity for charging that's a lot I only use that amount per week in my flat at home for everything!I will never go to this hotel again I feel totally ripped off

Great location, very clean, exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Good foodOn the downside, very scratchy, hard towels in the bathroom which didn't have a particularly fresh smell.

We loved the location. The pool and the area around it was very clean and comfortable.The beds are very comfortable.

The quality of some of the food wasn’t always very good.The elevators weren’t very efficient.

Great location on the beach front, clean, great restaurant as well as bar and pool area.Overall, it all feels quality.
