    Pros +

    • Lovely hotel, room cleaned daily and fresh towels daily too. Good location for the old town and a nice walk to the beach.
    • The price
    • Good breakfast and the room was amazing value for £30 a night. The shower was the biggest I've had in any hotel in all my years of travelling! Comfy bed and pillows.Amazing unexpected sea view from the balcony!

    Cons -

    • People leaving towels on sunbeds and not using them for the majority of the day. Didn't seem to be enough sunbeds for guests.
    • Car parking Hot food selection at meal times
    • The balcony seating was like cafeteria metal chairs so not comfortable. The walls were thin and my neighbours late back in the early hours so interrupted my sleep as they were talking very loud. The entertainment was naff just a woman playing a play list and loads of pensioners dancing.Location also a little walk from anything, about 15 mins roughly. Up a hill so uphill coming back.

On arrival we were greeted by a lady at reception who was very pleasant as it was midnight she arranged a snack and drink which we were very grateful for.Our room was a good size with comfy beds and spotlessly clean.Unfortunately the food was awful. Hardly any vegetarian options! It was very repetitive and bland. Very confined space to qué for food. Sadly one of the staff was very rude to us one evening her name was Christine and her colleague was a lovely lad called Sergio who apologised for her rudeness! The bar staff were lovely especially Fran! Entertainment was focused around the Spanish!

Price was good and lady on the front desk was very pleasant and patient . Bed was extremely comfortable..

Cooked breakfast was a little bit unappetising and they ran out of orange juice

Location is a10 minute walk downhill to the old town, free parking at the railway station which is also a 10 minute walk

Shower gel and shampoo sachets very poor, only a teaspoon in each and you didn’t really get a lather.

The hotel is in an excellent location, being only a 10 minute walk from the tram, a 10 minute walk to the old town and beach, and only a 20 minute walk to 'the strip'.We booked half board and found the food to be excellent.

The only downside we can think of is that there are only two lifts and they're very busy so we simply took the stairs down the 5 floors to the restaurant ...we're in our mid fifties and fit so it didn't cause us a problem but I would have thought some may struggle

Staff behaviour was very nice, we liked the food. The only downside was that the room was a little bit old but I think that's why it is a 3 star hotel.Overall everything was ok and we liked it.

    The staff were friendly

No working light, no hot water on one day. No balcony, room looks on to main road had to have curtains drawn throughout stay.

Great location. Bathroom marvellous. Hair drier. Plenty of sockets. Huge balcony with pool view. Beds comfy. Pool beautiful with plenty of loungers.

Lifts are small and theres a long wait. Food basic at best.

    Spacious roomsFriendly staffGood location

More or larger lifts needed as always full & had to wait a while as only 4 maximum! Some holiday makers very rude & pushing past you to get into lift

Great location. Very good breakfast. My room was large enough for 1 person, comfy bed and very good bathroom. I didn't spend much time using the amenities but used the bar, cafe and outside terrace area.

Always stay in Prince Park whilst in Benidorm.Have stayed here over the past twenty years for short breaks. All staff welcoming and courteous. Thank you Will stay again on next break Thank you

    Nothing all good Thank you

Friendly helpful staff. Clean hotel and rooms. Food was reasonable given price pint.

Our biggest issue was the adjoining park which is gated and we got locked in at 11pm whilst returning to the hotel. We walked through an open gate to cross the park only to find our exit closed. When we back tracked we found we were locked in. Fortunately the hotel staff facilitated our exit as Police has locked the gates to catch an offender with dogs loose!Thankfully we didn’t encountered either offender or dogs but not a funny scenario.I would urge hotel to advise patrons to avoid using this park late on an evening….Seriously, pay attention to your patrons.

There was plenty of choice at breakfast ie full hot english, full continental buffet breakfast, unlimited cold/hot drinks, my room was located on the ground floor and the window overlooked the entrance and road which at times you could clearly hear people talking as they passed as with the trafffic. The location at the top of the 'park' close to the old bull ring was pleasant especially as you walked through and passed the ampere theatres onto and towards the 'walking street'

The food could have been better ie more choice of the hot evening meals, twice there were burgers on the menu out of three nights

Lovely place, staff were helpful and friendly and did all they can to help, I was half board and lovely selection of food for the 3 days I was there. Beds room clean and comfortable. Nice balcony & views. A little distance to town but not complaining.
