All the staff were really lovely and welcoming

The room had a double and single bed for one person which made this feel quite small and cluttered. The room was not clean, dust under the beds and floors. The shower had mould and the shower head was not adjustable in height, so I had to take this off to use it. Pool was covered and not like in the photos.

It's was clean and in a good location

Only made up our room once over 3 night stay. Didn't replenish coffee etc or water. Room a little tired could do with a face lift. Thought it was overpriced. Parking secure onsite but expensive at 16 euros per night

Lovely Hotel, very close to the old town and beach.

We had a really lovely stay. Staff were all very friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the old town and has great parking facilities. The bar prices were very good, more like proper Benidorm bar prices than hotel prices, and all drinks served with a little snack. Rooms very clean and comfortable with everything you need, including free water. We will definitely stay here every time we go to Benidorm.

We were told it was dog friendly but at very best they tolerated dogs. The dog was only allowed access to and from the room. Full stop!!

Clean comfortable warm room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fridge and coffee machine .. Nice buffet breakfast.

Could not get English channels on tv

Brilliant hotel with a great location. We were only there for 1 night and didn't spend lots of time at the hotel but the staff on reception were very helpful, particularly Andres. Breakfast was included and had everything you would usually expect. Clean rooms.

Centrally located

Shower was freezing and the food was disgusting! Really awful food… we went the first day and when we said how bad the food was, they knew and even said they wouldn’t eat it! Cheapest of horrible crap food! Disappointing. They have obviously been bought out by a big company who has been cutting lots of corners! Shameful!

Location, just in the old town. Short walk to the beach.

The underground car park has really small bays. The first one allocated to use had a 7 seater in the next bay meaning we couldn’t actually park within the markings.

I didn't like the 2 single beds pushed together I would have preferred a double bed also the bathroom door did not close, and the fridge was very noisy

Great location for old and new town. Very clean. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Food superb and a great choice. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly.

The noisy fridge going on and off all night. We unplugged it and solved the problem!

Car parking space available

No place to park to book in and wasn't allowed to get into car park before booking in?Room was 2 possibly 3 star not 4.We had a small dog which is very well behaved. You are allowed your dog in your room but nowhere else. ie outside sitting area so not really dog friendly. The rooms allocated to us were probably the worst ones due to having dog.Breakfast not bad but not on par with other 4 star we have stayed at in benidorm.
