RH Princesa Hotel & Spa 4* Sup

The hotel amenities and the room were great. We stayed for dinner and breakfast and enjoyed the diversity of both. We also used the indoor pool. It was great with warm and clean water, and it's available for kids at a specific time (16:00-19:00). The indoor pool comes with an extra cost as it's part of the spa, and you also need a swimming cap and rubber slippers to enter. The outdoor pool must be free of charge, as far as I know.

We've visited the hotel during the low season and the parking was practically empty. Still, it's an extra 10 euros. I feel like the parking shouldn't cost extra for hotel guests especially when it's empty :) At summertime, though, the extra parking fee and the spot reservations are acceptable.

We are travelling by car, the hotel was easy to find and has plenty of parking for a small cost, this is a definite bonus in Benidorm. The staff are really friendly and helpful, we had to change rooms at one stage and everything was sorted well with the minimum of fuss. It’s a short walk from the old town which we found perfect. This is a great hotel with everything you need for a good holiday

Nothing could have been better

All very easy. Clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Definitely stay here again. Great facilities for children although I didn't have any with me!

Bit more information about facilities available when booking in like safe keys and beach towels etc would have been helpful.

Breakfast was lovely, beds were very comfy, staff were really friendly.

Beware when booking, I booked this hotel and paid for the first night up front to then pay the remainder when I got there. When I arrived the guy at the desk had to calculate everything out and over charged me by £30 for the total of my stay! He blamed the poor exchange rates!

Very nice experience with this hotel .. I will consider staying here again.... And little presents left on your bed like chocolates and crisps . Fantastic breakfast ?

The only one thing I wasn't keen on was the sausages at breakfast but the rest of the food was fantastic

Reception desk, bar and restaurant staff are all very well trained, provide excellent customer service and are very helpful. Breakfast and dinner are both excellent with plenty of good options and a very good standard of all foods. Location is very good.

Only being there for a short time - wish we had more time to stay and use the facilities.

Games room was a nice touch. It was quite dated overall but the kids enjoyed it.

We went in low season. The hotel had a great value for money offer.The full board is good option but for a full week can be repetitive.The price of drinks is very reasonable. Staff very helpfull.Good location. 10 min walking to the beach.We tried the gym and spa. Gym is paid. 7€ gives allows you to go to the gym and to use the SPA for 2 hours.There is an indoor 25 meter pool. Great for those that want to burn some calories while the sun id not present.Overall is a great option.

Would say 7€ to go to the gym seems excessive, eventhough you can also use SPA.Food may sound repetitive after 5 days.

The breakfast was really good and multiple options for all tastes.

The hotel is rather a 3-star hotel than a 4-stars based on the furniture and amenities in the room. I didn’t like that they charge extra for access to the indoor pool.

The dinner buffet was delicious and good value. The beds were large and comfortable. The evening entertainment - was great !

The breakfast could have been offering more variety. My kids were tired after 2 days of English breakfast and did not find anything else suitable to eat. It was a bit misleading during booking, we did not realise that we have to pay per person every day for swimming pool. Also duvet cover - was weird: just 2 bedsheets with duvet in between, so it was sliding all the time.

Really enjoyed our stay, it was not made clear that there would be an additional charge for using the indoor pool or an additional fee for purchasing a swimming cap. Normally this wouldn’t annoy us however the spa is of sub standard, cold water, most facilities not working and over crowded.

Lovely hotel. Great location for exploring the local area. Very close to the old town and beach. Every member of staff we met was very friendly and extremely helpful. My son had a massage and used the spa facilities, which were great. The massage was reasonably priced, compared to a lot of hotels. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a booking for the escape room, as we were only there a few days, but it was a great addition to the hotel. We were only B&B but the breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice and always more than enough delicious food. The rooms were spacious with a great shower and cleaned daily (loved the fact that they provided shampoo and conditioner). We visited in January, so didn't use the pool, but the pool area was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Benidorm.

Just to be aware that the drop off and pick up point that we had for the RH Princessa was outside the Poseidon Palace, which was a couple of minutes walk away. Not an issue for us at all, but just something to consider if someone has mobility issues, or very heavy cases!

All meals were great, with plenty of choice.The accommodation is clean and comfortable.The staff are friendly and helpful.Hotel well positioned. Short walk to the beach and old town. Car parking available and is convenient and reasonably priced.

The shower was hot and cold very hard to keep it right but that was it. We had a little girl who was sick the night before we left and they were very helpful finding us another room at 1am so the others could sleep

3rd floor room had some noise from the entertainment in the bar, but it was quiet by midnight.
