Nothing to dislike. It is a good quality 2 star hotel that needs a little bit of paint here and there.

The staff was really helpful and friendly, the location is superb - all the best beaches and bars and sightseeing points in proximity. There is even a Mercadona like 3 minutes away. The breakfasts and dinners are tasty and fresh, the most delicious dinners are on weekends :)

The room for three, facing the inner yard, is a tad too small for three people. Rooms with the balconies are much better, but also much noisier, so choose wisely!

Excellent location in the Centre of Benidorm Old Town. Nice clean, en suite room, very comfortable king sized bed with quality bedding which was made up daily. Staff friendly with 24 hr reception. Self service breakfast with choice of hot cooked breakfast-fried eggs + either boiled or scrambled eggs, bacon, chipolta sausages, beans or tomatoes. Pastries, toast, preserves, cold meats/ cheese. Juice, tea, coffees from machine, fruit juices. Fruit choice consisted of whole kiwis and oranges. Yoghurt pots.

It was extremely clean, and the bed was comfortable.

There was no fridge or kettle in the room, and it did not have a balcony.

A very nice central hotel. Clean comfortable room with a small fridge. A decent hairdryer in the bathroom. A small terrace over looking rooftops,could see the cross looking one way and the sea the other. Breakfast was nice.Very friendly and helpful staff! I would definitely stay again.

Would be good to have a sunshade/umbrella on the terrace and there's no kettle for an early morning or late night cup of tea. It would be a 10/10 from me if these were in place

Ideal for location, and very clean

The walls were paper thin, so could hear conversations from the next room , I know that you would expect a little noise but this was very loud and kept us awake most nights of the stay, well at least until the next door neighbour's decided to go to sleep other than that pleasant stay.

Location great for the beach, for shopping, for people watching and transport to airport.No fuss hotel but smiling assistance always available and courteous.Plenty of food choices.

Great little hotel right in the centre of old town. Very clean and good value for money. No pool and breakfast is basic but fantastic location. Would definitely book again.

Food was good, very Mediterranean so if not your thing wouldn’t go for full board but we really enjoyed it. Free room upgrade which we was very grateful for.

Full board food doesn’t come with even a glass of water which is a bit annoying but otherwise great

Brilliant hotel in old town.All mod cons.No kettle to make coffee or tea in the rooms.This would be a bonus as a hotel offering. As a hotel id expect this.But staff are friendly and very nice.

Only thing missing is a pool.But it's perfectly located in the old town.So clean and modern.Breakfast was plentiful.Rooms are small especially triple rooms.
