Room next to reception A little noisy with late arrivals but wouldn't deter us from returning

beautiful hotel, fabulous breakfast, friendly staff, great location with great view of the water. and benidorm is a beautiful city. we are very glad we stayed here.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel, the clientele, the hotel location, the service offering in all locations, restaurant, reception. Everyone went over and above to help and make you feel welcome! Marcelo especially is an absolute credit to the team and so personable. Made you feel at ease and so much love for this job and customers .

Only point to raise , no private shower facilities to use before travelling home on later flights.

Iron and ironing board on request terrible quality.no robes.very small bathroom.not welcome in the restaurant terrece for a drink unless booked or booking to eat.

Room was what I expected as only staying down as I have a house locally, breakfast was hot and team excellent. in fact all of the staff had pride in their work and made me feel welcome.

The location was excellent right in the Old Town. The hotel staff were super helpful. Te food was excellent. We loved the terrace for dinner and breakfast. Will definatelty be back

It was great. The room was well equipt but very small but we knew we had booked one of their Basic level rooms.

How clean the hotel is, staff very friendly and helpful, good choice for breakfast and plenty of it.

Couldn’t fault anything, everything was as it should be, second time we have stayed and won’t be the last.

Nothing was too much trouble.

Rude staff and never got left alone there was a knock on the door every hour i was in my room poor location and very noisy outside looks nice in the pictures but id avoid if you like peace and quite.

Excellent hotel and nice food . Very cleanParking is a big issue and I wasn't made aware until after booking it cost a lot to park .

The location was excellent the staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was amazing.

Breakfast service was sometimes slow, and maybe more staff were needed.

Disappointed with hotel on the whole considering how much we paid for rooms, but location was good and Carlos on reception was so helpful and great. Facilities like roof top bar were closed. Small terrace from restaurant that never had seat free.

The location was perfect for the old and new town, the restaurant & food were excellent , The roof top area and hot tub was amazing with beautiful views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Immaculately clean and very stylish.
