The staff was super nice, rooms were cleaned every day, food was good. See view was amazing ?

A bit far from the old town, but it was a nice walk, there was noise outside on the streets during nights, as it it a busy area.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Cleaning staff was quite responsive. Admin staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Location is absolutely perfect and the views of from the hotel room are gorgeous.

Pool area was a bit plain, but quite big

The location is excellent. The rooms are quite clean and maintained well. The buffet section has ample choices for breakfast that are tasty. The pool area is quite large.

Pool area use a little sprucing up as it’s a bit drab some stuff in the dining area tired over serving people. Gloria is always a great pleasure as well as all the reception staff.

Rude staff at the breakfast.Breakfast was nothing near a 4 star hotel.King size beds are divided .Could not contact room service over the phone. Had to go down from 13 floor.Very expensive.

Didn't take payment on check in or check out in fact man on reception when we left was rude. Booking .com have now taken payment for our stay twice which isn't resolved yet ! Contacted the hotel to be told we left without paying. Breakfast very average, although good location I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all not value for money

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and absolutely brilliant location right on the beach front . Staff were very friendly and the food choice was excellent. Had the junior suite and it was fabulous, very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Had a little kitchenette area where you had a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. I highly recommend a stay here .

Good selection of food at the buffet and a very nice sea-front bar.

There were over 50 stations on the tv, but only 3 (all news) in English.

Highly recommend, warm welcome, good value. Perfect location. Great and varied breakfast.

Location was great, outlook from hotel was amazing being on beach front and ability to park car at hotel was good.

Wine glasses would have been good in cupboards.

The seafront location is fantastic, the reception area was very peaceful and relaxed. The smaller dining room was also very cosy and welcoming. Not a vast array on the buffet, but all the food presented was quality, well cooked and hot, also replenished regularly. The show cooking area extended your choices giving a personalised touch.

There was no double/king size bed option offered. Despite the grade of accommodation. We didn't like the two single bed frames pushed together, and would have preferred a large king size option.

Very smart well located hotel on the sea front between the old and new town

The pool is area is huge but has no outdoor bar / Kiosk and is overlooked by flats all round. The lifts are extremely slow

The location was perfect. A short distance to the airport bus stop. A quiet part of the hustle and bustle of the beach. However, suitable walking distance to the old town and many restaurants. Magnificent views from the quite large balcony. The shower had a window, which is rare and refreshing. The room had a through draft, so no need for air conditioning (heat outside +25 degrees Celsius). The small kitchenette and fridge was nice. Everywhere was neat. Three elevators ran quite smoothly, no long wait, which we were a little afraid of in advance. Tasty breakfast. Friendly service from everyone.

We can't think of anything to improve, everything was just great for us.

It is a super location, with a big enough apartment with underground parking and a charger.

Apartments and lifts could be a little bit cleaner, soundproofing is not very good.

Good location. Cleaning lady lovely. But didn’t replenish the coffee sachets!

Breakfast terrible..only if you are willing to wait for the omelette it’s ok. We stayed in another hotel along the seafront and the breakfast was worlds apart. Staff there a bit grumpy too!
