Cleanliness

Pool area not sufficient for the number of guests. Speed of service and knowledge of the technology by the staff at the pool bar was disappointing. Took ages to work an iPad to transfer the payment onto the card machine. Also cash sould be accepted.

The rooms were cleaned every day, the food was lovely. Reception staff was very helpful.

Tv remote wasn't great.

Hotel is in a great location- rooms are lovely- loads of wardrobe space- beds and pillows were very comfortable and room 514 has the biggest balcony ever!!!!!! Can't fault it

Breakfast accepted but any other food was VERY disappointing

2nd stay at this hotel. Great location. Easy to get to everything . 5 mins walk to beach. Breakfast is lovely great choice. Rooms were lovely and big and clean. Staff were nice and polite.

Bit noisy from other younger guests a couple of times, but you get that anywhere

Every thing was perfect Room was large modern and cleaned every day we stayed on BB basis and found the breakfast to be of good quality with plenty of choices, staff were very good and greeted you as you entered the restaurant each morning.

Breakfast had plenty of choice and high quality. Room facilities and balcony was beautiful. Location 5 min walk from the beach front about 15min walk to the strip. 10min from old town.

Room fridge could of offered more bottled water and soft drinks

Every thing about this hotel was fab, staff, rooms price, pool, location and food was great great selection can't fault it.

Location was great, hotel modern & clean, staff were friendly and rooms were good. Great choice of breakfast (hot & cold).

No plug socket by the large wall mirror in rooms so unable to use hair straighteners!!

Lovely staff. Very clean hotel.

There were 2 people working behind the bar during very busy evening entertainment, and only ONE waitress taking orders, bringing drinks to tables, clearing tables, collecting bills. She was very overworked!!! Very long wait for drinks and the 2 people behind the bar would not help her! The woman was lovely and never complained but there needs to be 2 waitresses. The grumpy man behind the bar should try doing her job to see how difficult it is instead of being rude and ordering people to sit down and wait. Restaurant food was always cold which was not nice.

Great location, smart hotel with lovely helpful staff, exceptionally clean

We came for the Benidorm half marathon . Hotel was situated perfectly next to the finish line and walking distance of the start line. Also located on the edge of the old town .

We had a very small balcony overlooking a multi storey car park. But the hotel suited our needs.

Breakfast was good with a great selection. It is right in the middle of the old and new town which is ideal.

The only reason I rated it a 9 and not 10 was that the meals were all lukewarm, there must be a better way of keeping it warm.

Everything the location could not have better right on edge of the old town Large room very comfortable bed fridge in room We were half board food was brilliant Entertainment was excellent really enjoyed watching the other Spanish guests dancing although sadly some of the English guests were complaining about lack of English songs being sung by the entertainer’s . We were in Spain with quite a lot of Spanish guests in this hotel ?? Beggers belief
