I had the same breakfast every day without variety, which I don't think is okay at a 3-star hotel. I ate eggs for two months.The mushrooms were just fried, the food in general was tasteless, without flavor.I had the impression that I was in a hospital and eating on a diet. All the food was unseasoned.I had shells one evening but they were full of sand. Disappointing

I was totally disappointed when I was asked to pay for water because I didn't get water because I made the reservation through booking (this is what I was told at the reception when I asked why we didn't have water at the table). I should mention that when I made the reservation it wasn't specified that we didn't receive water (I wouldn't have chosen the hotel if I had known) I know I may seem like a jerk and I have always disliked people who make mean or very nasty comments but I have never experienced anything like this before. In addition, there are no curtains in the room, only drapes that practically once used completely darken your roomso I didn't feel comfortable at all considering that across the street everyone could see what I was doing in the room

Rooms are clean and very comfortable Location idealBreakfast very good

It was spotless only there for the weekend and staff were in everyday cleaning , the beds were so comfy would definitely recommend for a few days

Are balcony was facing the police station i should have upgraded to front room but other than that I don't have any complaints

For the price paid i expected more

Bed made noises , very loud tourist woke me up a couple times even with earplugs

The pool was over exaggerated in the photographs. It was literally big enough for four people.

Great location. Friendly staff. Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Clean and modern. Great size room and great shower.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and a nice little sun trap, breakfast was ok plenty to choose from not to far from the beach but I like walking

No water in the room we arrived late and not even a bottle of water in the fridge I’ve stayed in 1 star and there has been water as a minimum that was a first for me Bedding wasn’t changed in 4 nights and we had to ask for clean towels I’ve stayed in place in Asia for £15 a night and had all these things as a standard

Location was good. Up a slight hill but manageable. Clean. Bathroom nice with plenty of hot water. Sockets by bed. Quiet at night. Staff are very nice.

Bed was a glorified camp bed that clonked whenever I turned over. Not very comfy. View from. Balcony dismal. Pool area very small and often in shade. There is a lot of street noise in daytime. Small wardrobe. Evening entertainment not up to much. But the worst thing was the food. It was luke warm, therefore we ate out despite being half board.

Modern. Clean. Comfortable Super staff. Great location - quiet at night. Next to police station! 5 minutes walk to beach. Breakfast was perfect-something for everybody.

Very loud can hear everything through walls and when people walk around even on different floors, beds was okay but was two singles and kept sifting apart was very annoying and uncomfortable not ideal for couples. Pool was very cold and only like 10 sunbeds. Raw sausage for breakfast, and facing a police station so wasn’t the best. wouldn’t stay again but was okay location and was clean

The staff were very helpful at all times.I enjoyed the location very much.A little disappointed that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the room.Housekeeping was excellent.

Reception were very helpful. Good location. Bar and lifts excellent.

Restaurant staff were very rude. Obviously didn’t like having to work.

Everything was fine

Three star hotel with a five star service.Even prior to our stay it was very obvious that this hotel has an outstanding service. Booked a shuttle bus for us, perfectly arranged. Upon arrival the battery of the safe seemed dead. Within an hour batteries got replaced, and they let us use the safe with no additional surcharge (apparently you got to book that service). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless.

Hotel has some minor wear and tear, but apart from that it looks good.

Brilliant shower also staff spoke English and 1000% wud stay again and very cheap price and breakfast only was beautiful stay

Smart and modern - clean

Location in the middle of old town took me an hour to find in car and car park down the street was extremely expensive for 2 nights

We arrived early and were able to check in and go to our room 2 hours before check in time.

At around 8am a couple let themselves into our room. It was obviously an oversight by the Reception and embarrassing for all concerned. Also, on returning to our room after breakfast we were unable to unlock our room's door as access had been cancelled, so we had to go back down to Reception to sort it out.
