Hotel in good location food was good with plenty of choice. All staff were lovely.

Lift, no pool bar, staff very regimented & not overly helpful.

The location and the staff are wonderful They also replaced the faulty fridge and fixed my air conditioning as soon as it was mentioned Would definitely stay there again

The breakfast was very good, the lady on the animación team was a lot of fun.

We had a terrible view from our window just a brick wall.

Location was great - very central - close to beach and restaurants - friendly staff - breakfast was plentiful with excellent choices - lovely room with sea view and large balcony - highly recommend

Fantastic location in old town .lovely roof terrace .

Little bit noisy in lobby outside bar and dining room area , mainly people waiting for dining area to open in morning and later at night when bar closed and people waiting for lifts . Otherwise very peaceful . Probably sounded louder to us as we were just above .

Great location right in centre of shopping part of old town. Bars and beach 5 mins away. Breakfast was nice, lots of options.

The onsite gym is really basic and tiny but I didn't even know it had a gym until I booked so it didn't matter. The lift is a little slow if you have to wait for it.

Nice stay here for 4 nights.Staff were friendly and the hotel and room were very clean although a little dated.Food was nice and plenty of choice. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat,drink and shop nearby.Would stay here again.

Not really a dislike but the lifts were very slow and the entertainment in the evening wasn't very good if you didn't want to venture out.

The location for this hotel is very good, the staff and breakfast are excellent if you want to be in the old town and near the beach then this is the place for you.

If you don't like noise then my advice is you ask for room on the inside also if your needing parking you might want to look for a hotel with parking as public parking as 38 euros per day

English breakfast was great.

Elevator engine noise all the time day and night, extraction fan in the toilet not working, reported to reception but nothing was donne about It, rat or some animal walking inside the sealing.

The room was great , the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had. The food was very good and the drinks were of higher quality than I had expected. All served by friendly efficient staff. The old town is a quieter place to stay in Benidorm.

It is very difficult to get out of Benidorm, you have got to be interested in sea and beaches

We have stayed at the hotel before and like it. It is clean and tidy and the staff are lovely. My parents stay there for a few weeks during the winter months so we fly out to see them. The room was big and clean. The restaurant has plenty of choice of food. The drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced, although we went all inclusive, other family members have joined us so they purchased drinks. The location is in between the new town and old town so both are easily reachable. I thought it was very good value for money and will stay again.

Sometimes the food could be a bit better. I was told that the hotel is a 4* but I would say it is a 3*. This is no problem for us as we use it as a base and we think it is value for money. We didn't find the entertainment very good to be honest. I appreciate that it is a Spanish hotel and there is a mixture of Spanish and English guests, I would say half and half, but the entertainment was geared totally towards the Spanish so a bit of effort could be put in there as, with a lot of the English guests being older, they could not / would not want to go outside the hotel for the evening.

Hotel location centre of old town Benidorm attractions with shops and restaurants. Same friendly staff. Good room servicing.

This was our 4th visit in 3 years and noticed a decline in the quality of the all inclusive food. The restaurant had lost its ambience and more of a canteen. Sitting shoulder to shoulder with strangers.
