Property in a great location, basic room , was very modern , nice clean and very comfortable . Staff were very friendly, lovely welcome and early check in was available.

Location excellent if you want to be in the Old Town. Staff great. No complaints. No kettle but there was a coffee machine in the foyer

Great value for money, with a fantastic view of Poniente beach, if you opt for a sea view.Nice comfortable bed, really powerful shower, rooms serviced daily and a nice balcony.Friendly, polite reception staff.A really handy little fridge in the room and you can also request a kettle and mugs.

The old town is lovely hotel is in a perfect spot

On the pictures they show a sea view I didn't get that I looked at a back street I ask for a double bed I got two singles put together the room wasn't clean dust on top of tv and and the vent in bathroom.

Right on the seafront. Convenient for walking to the Old Town. Lift. Friendly staff. Balcony.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s directly opposite the beach and very close to old town

Very terrible bed and the television is not working. It doesn’t turn on.

Affordable beach front hotel! Warm people at the reception, easy to find and accessible.

The staff were absolutely amazing with everything from asking are we ok to were is best to travel and how to get there, they made my daughter feel special for her 13th birthday, amazing customer service

I didn't like the part when my daughter was trying to sleep (11pm) and drunk people who were staying in different rooms were extremely loud

Location was excellent as directly opposite playa de Poniente beach, at the start of the old town. We found it great value for our two night stay.

We arrived just short of 2 hours early but hoped to store our luggage until check in time. There was sign up to say back in ten minutes, so we waited. The receptionist came out eating so we apologised but honestly she was very hostile that we had interupted her lunch. At check in time we went back, this same female receptionist was checking in a Spanish couple and again she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes. The Spanish lady that was being checked in was looking around at us and the couple behind and shrugging as to why the receptionist was being like this. So then it was our turn & because we hadn't completed the online check in first she waved her hand to dismiss us to the back of the queue. I tried explaining there was a fault on their system as i had tried twice to do this & had taken a screen shot to show it wasn't possible but again she was awful - the couple waiting behind us then came forward ( he was Spanish and his wife was a Brit leaving in spain for twenty yrs) and got really mad at her as they had witnessed our treatment & the other couples too and had also had a problem checking in online and HAD ALSO turned up to the ' back in ten mins' sign not knowing how long that sign had been up ( 2 minutes or all day!) & had ALSO been greeted with the same hostility we had. The receptionist was waving her hands arrive at us and the couple were saying we are all paying customers and your attitude is shocking.We were on a little road trip, staying in Alicante & Villajoyosa beforehand and had no problem checking in online beforehand at any previous hotels. The error was with them.Reception is your first point of contact and what a shame they had such an unpleasant individual sat at the desk.On our two day stay, you are instructed to leave your key at reception when leaving the hotel. My husband had to pass it her as I was done being spoken to like garbage.

Lovely seafront area of the old town. Great places to eat nearby and overlooking the sea. Good sized rooms with great showers. Fridge in the room and kettle available if needed.

Occasional noise from nearby deliveries, but not a problem.

Very central for beach and old town...the room was really good..comfy beds..balcony..basic.no frills hotel but great value for money....friendly reception staff..

Yet again No Plug for the sink, no tray in shower to put soap and sponge and Towels could have been bigger.

Fabulous location but was disappointed that a sea view room wasn't available although I do realise i should have requested this on booking. very basic room but all that was needed as was out early and very near all amenities.
