Staff were professional and attentive. Very clean.

Breakfast was not what I expected. Food was cold.

Great location and the common areas were beautiful. Breakfast was good but many things let it down which impacted our overall experience.

The pool had building works going on next door, which meant the pool was pretty much unusable during our stay. There was no mention of this on booking or any compensation offered. The shower design in our room meant it leaked out every time it was used, so a huge puddle was on the bathroom floor constantly. Staff were grumpy, especially at the rooftop bar. The wait for lifts exceeded 10 minutes at times, it's a ridiculous system. A shame as it could be a really nice place to stay but I wouldn't return or recommend it to others.

Pool, balcony, good room and shower, good location. Helpful staff at front desk. Awesome top floor restaurant is still working out the quirks, but the view and ambiance are amazing. The free entertainment in the evening was sometimes super good. Thank you! Property is very nice. We had fun here. The maids were sweet and engaging on all floors. We would stay here again.

Bathroom in room is not private. Sink in s awkward and ineffective for storing personal things. Elevator sucks. Sometimes a better mouse trap is SO much worse. Waited for an hour one day just to go to the pool. Prices were super high on the weekend and somewhat reasonable during the week in mid September.

Great view,most staff awesome. Nice deck. Good shower. Close to stores, Malacon, ocean. Good walking town. Lively. Entertainment was a nice addition.,

Price is very high, esp weekends. No tissue boxes provided. Non private bathroom. Sink bunk. Elevators a nightmare. Buffet dinner too high, not worth it with low selection and cafeteria seating. Kitchen dunning area grumpy, must be coming from top management combined with no incentive reward for good productivity or appreciation. Robot was a waste of money. Elevator took us and hour to reach the pool area for ne day. Long waits and confusion on the part of most people as well as obvious confusion on the part of the elevator mechanics. Hope there is not an emergency of ANY kind. Maids are nice and very helpful.

1. The pool area.2. The food was good and different at lunch and dinner. Breakfast always the same only some sausages would be different.3. The rooms were clean and everyday day the cleaning lady would come to clean and changes towels.4. Close to the beach.

1. The lifts...as everybody said its a disaster...4 lifts at that many guests...80% we were on the stairs...at least we were at the 4th floor2. The sofa is old and not comfortable at all...either to change it or to put a better matratze.3. The staff was not friendly...some of the employees at the reception and very few at the Restaurant were ok..but most were not friendly comparing to other hotels that we went in Spain and Mallorca...4. The variety of drinks at the Pool Bar...we were at All Inklusive and they had everyday a different cocktail that was foe all inclusive...otherwise you had to pay...most of the hotels have more choices for the All Inclusive...after all we payed a pretty big price to have options..5. The walls are very thin...you can hear smashing doors, moving furnitures in the middle of the night like is happening in your room...6. The showers were always overflooded...if 2 of us would take a shower, the water would be out in the whole bathroom...

The hotel was nice and fresh. There was always plenty of food which was delicious. We were very pleased with the variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The playground for kids was very nice and we appreciated the shading of the playground very much. The kids pool was sufficient and the shallower part of the big pool was also smart. Even there my son could play. The location is perfect because it's so close to the beach.

As always pictures of rooms are taken so well so you think that rooms are spacious but they are not. Especially for a family. When you use a sofa as a bed the room is suddenly so tiny that you don't have more space for a crib. And the system of lift is very irritating. There were 4 lift which is good but the ,,modern,, system of choosing which floor you want to go wasn't functioning well, sometimes it was not working at all. I understand that the hotel wants to be modern but there is nothing wrong with the ,,old types of lift,,

The staff were very nice, the views and location (if you like Rincón de Loix) were great, and the beds and room were comfortable.

The food was plentiful, but the quality could be improved. The pool was quite small and the water wasn’t very clear

The bathroom is not good as the shower screen is not big enough which causes a flood every time you use the shower. The floor is damaged through this and causes a bit of a dangerous situation for slippery surfaces

as others mentioned, the elevator situation is quite annoying - it takes ages to move between floors. Also the glass wall bathroom is pain the butt ?

Close to everything as well as construction next to my room=see photos . Beautiful rooftop 18th floor but closed and no hours posted. Lovely staff but an hour wait to talk to them and to get checked in at 2 I didn’t get into my room til 3:30 waiting for reception and then elevator and no parking s on have to go walk to get things forgotten in car. 18-26€|day to park 2+blocks away.

ROOFTOP CLOSED? No explanation on door!No ICE MACHINE???&CHARGING EXTRA 4 ROOM SAFE,when this is a quite expensive place ! and since fully booked takes too long to check in and no way to stand in line AGAIN to buy the safe usage in room. Weird I NEVER SAW A charge for ROOM SAFE BEFORE IN MY 55 years! Hotel fully booked so WAITING FOR 4 elevators that are max 6 people each if they don’t have luggage then it’s 3. NO WAITERS SERVICE to bring you drinks by pool , this place is just too booked and UNDERSTAFFED.

Our room layout wasn't the best as once the pull out bed was out there was no room to walk and it was right in front of the door. The shower also leaked so the floor was swimming.The lifts were a pain because they didn't always work and climbing 8 flights of stairs wasn't good.

Brilliant breakfast, plenty of choice, well staffed., Room superbly soundproofed, we were already aware of building works, no big problem though., Found the lifts frustrating at times, but all working well. Reception and bar staff were all very pleasant and an asset to your front of house .

Always lovely. Been there before and so happy with this hotel.

Stayed in different rooms and the shower tray leaks. This has happened in all visits. Needs to be deeper.
