    Pros +

    • It's a beautiful facilty and has lots of activities and dining options. The food was great.
    • The building design and facilities
    • The dinner buffet was great.

    Cons -

    • The customer service. The Check in took more than 1 hour, and the check out 40 minutes. The staff was friendly but the procedures inefficient. The rooms did not have temperature control at this time of the year. Our room was at 27 degrees all night.
    • The check in and out are a mess.In the check in time, there were discussions between the guest because the staff was unable to indicate how the wait was organized. There was no sing indicating it,neither.2 lines were made. One in the right place and one no.
    • Very pretentious, the hotel doesn't know how to keep up with the level of service they claim to offer. From reservation to check out, nobody had a clue of anything and it took endless communication to get things on track. Terrible management.

Dirty and bad service paying 458€ a night

Room very dirty. After complaning 2 times they didn't propose a solution. We had to sleep in a dirty room

good Quality, not a lot of variation between days, but the quality of the food was good.

We travelled in march, at this point most of the facilities was not yet opened as it was off season, it would have been great with pre-information about what is and is not opened.

Property is stunning. Perfectly set away from main strip but close enough in a taxi.Pool was heated which was a bonus as weather just starting to warm up.Rooms was a little too hot but bearable. Air conditioning not set to come on I was told as still on winter setting

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. From the warm welcome from Danna on reception, to the laid back relaxed atmosphere, the gorgeous surroundings and the immaculate attention to detail, this complex is absolutely stunning and was just an immaculate stay. The entire hotel complex is full of recreations of famous Valencian buildings, and the attention to detail is incredible. We stayed at the Level, and there is an open lounge with snacks and a heated pool. Breakfast was incredible, as was our room. We went with our 10 year old son, there were lots of activities to keep him entertained , such as a Kids Club, games room, play area and mini-golf, but it still retained the feeling of a hotel for adults.

Property location, sheer size and the landscape that it captures is mind blowing and very relaxing.

Melia is not living upto its brand name in any sense. There is no management to ensure to follow up with the guests and this really impacts their customer service. You are greeted more from trainees than from the hotel staff that only creates mis communication. Housekeeping needs a big uplift as the rooms are not done properly and we had to call them multiple times. I hope all these pointers are addressed to.

    Long walk to car park

Room was excellent. Staff were very nice.

Despite email ads (which came out yesterday) extolling the virtues of the Italian and Peruvian restaurants, those restaurants were closed and the only dinner option was a mediocre buffet.

    9LouisePosted on: 10-7-2024

The ambience and wonderful grounds. The room was very spacious. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of different options and freshly prepared.

The incredibly slow check in. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel has great sports facilities, and the rooms are very comfortable. It has the potential to be a really good hotel, but there are some fundamental aspects that are really missing.

Unfortunately the hotel seems to lack an understanding around customer service. All aspects relating to customer interaction, whether it's restaurant booking, checking in/out, ordering taxis etc. are poorly organised. It's a great shame as the facilities could make this a great place to stay, but unfortunately unless you're extremely patient, this is not a place I would recommend.

Beautiful buildings and the grounds were spectacular

Very slow check in, for no apparent reason

    2DebPosted on: 10-1-2024

    Pools were nice

First night water poured in through wardrobe and soaked all our clothing. Maintenance fixed the leak but left a mess all over the floor, had to get maids to clean up. No apology whatsoever for the wet clothing. Got sent to wrong restaurant for evening meal had to search complex for the right restaurant, Had paid for late check out when we checked in, they phoned me on the last day and said they were kicking us out of our room and refunding the late check out, with no notice whatsoever and no apology. Massive mouldy patches formed on the walls and ceiling over the few days we were there from the leak. Litter in the lifts and outside the lifts not moved from one day to the next. Spoke to Customer Services on checking out, they gave us two free drinks while we waited hours in their bar for our flight, when we should have been able to relax in our room. Also faithfully promised to send an email with a discount for a further stay at the hotel. Of cause, the email never materialised, no matter I wouldn't stay again. Its a shame because the hotel could be something special but we encountered disregard and indifference.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious hotel, plenty of room at the pools and loungers

Buffet could have a bit more variety.

    7TianyuanPosted on: 8-16-2024

The room is spacious and clean.

    the buffet was not good

    8NazaretPosted on: 8-14-2024

The swimming pools and the overall hotel has a lot of different spaces and the vibe of feeling like in a small village it’s nice

The rooms are old and need refurbishing,And the cleaning is not great. The service is not great.

    7IngaPosted on: 8-12-2024

Lovely views, spacious clean rooms, nice pools and entertainment

Queues, queues and more queues. We stayed for two days and estimated that over 3 hours were spent queuing, including an hour to check out and pay a 17 euro drinks bill. The hotel seems very badly organised for the check-in/out process. The meal times have a huge queue each time yet half of the tables are empty.

Pools, activities and how beautiful it is.Entertainment

Buffet for lunch and dinner low variety and not the expected quality.I checked in at 13:30 but they noticed me the room being available before 16:00pm! As a rule, but extra-offially in less than 1 hour.. We gave the keys at 16:30pm!The last day somebody knock the door at 9:15am asking for the minibar review!
