All good at hotel

Noisy bars outside. 5am still waiting to get to sleep.

Nice hotel, good location and hotel bar

Need cards for doors and lift, often cards needed resetting several times a day. Could tell staff were also frustrated with this. Good hotel but cards annoying.

Great breakfast , fab staff, the girls on reception were so friendly and helpful

Location great we were not fond of the food but maybe because it was out of season they don’t have as much of a selection.

Was not much of a buzz around the place. Could do with some updates, key cards for the rooms and lifts a nightmare.

Classy looking hotel perfect position if you go in Morgan's Western Riviera uncle peds plus the market is two minutes away ! Beach ten ..

Only one isolated incident one of the female breakfast staff scouled at me for asking a simple question ..

Thought the Food was a good selection and pleanty of it. it was hot,The whole of the public areas were very clean Security of Hotel was good having to use key card to enter lift was a good facilitySecurity guard on site at nightBED had new matress and was confortableRoom was quiet as it wasnt facing strip.

The only critisim was the Room was a bit dated and could do with a update.Calypso bar on road level - spirit measures were not very good compared with (for example) The amassadore hotel over road, and prices a bit on the high side compared with other similar bars

Hotel was beautiful .the staff were so friendly and helpful..and the food was fab..rooms were lovely ..going back nxt year ..

All buffet meals were exceptional. Plenty of choice.

Very small room and very dated room. Poor Wi-Fi and No kettle in room for tea or coffees. Room was very old decor and very small.

The Key Cards For Access Continuously cutting out and needing said Key card to gain access anywhere, pool area, lifts, bathrooms. I understand and think this is great for safety however them cutting out makes this very annoying.

First time in Spain,decided to stay in Benidorm and not go home to Calpe.Ordered hotel by Booking.com and enjoyed evenin

The reception staff gave us no view, the rooms extremely out dated, the air con didn’t work, in 35 degree and more heat it was so uncomfortable, no assistance on a night and I was shocked paying €211 for one night for the state of what we received.

The location is very close to the local pubs and clubs. It’s also close to the beach and supermarkets etc. All the staff are friendly and it’s very clean.
