Hotel Servigroup Nereo

We stayed here last year for 5 nights for St patrick's day and we were not disappointed with this hotel, we were so pleased with our stay then we decided to stay here again this year to celebrate St patrick's day again this hotel exceeded out expectation, the standard of the hotel is excellent from the comfort and cleanest of the room to the excellent food that was served during our stay, all the staff were excellent and a special mention for the English lady at reception,we highly recommend this hotel and we will be staying again.

Staff friendly, place was nice and clean.

Room could be a bit noisy from people in the corridor. Not staffs fault obviously.

The keycard to the hotel room was very tempermental

Clean, hotel bar reasonably priced and rooms were a nice size

Hotel is very clean and ideally located behind Levante beach. Overall, fantastic value for money.

Room was on the smaller side, but was not an issue for us.

The only little grumble was the lack of staff in the bar area, in the evenings there was often a queue with only 1 staff member manning the bar.

Rooms do not meet the standard of what I would expect from a 4 star hotel but I accept Benidorm is a holiday resort and not a city centre

Amazing location, we arrived a little early and were able to check-in - staff were extremely friendly and helpful (even to the extent of recommending to pay by Euro because it'll be cheaper for us - a little thing which leaves a good impression). Really good value for money and even received a bottle of Cava for my birthday!

Rooms were quite basic, but appreciate this in comparison with the cost. Lack of power points within the room, we only had 1 in the main room and 1 in the bathroom.

Food was ok.Hotel was spotless

Room was small and minimally equipped no tea or coffee facilities no bathtub glass door on toilet no lock.Spirit measures at bar minimal.We were told that a bathtub was available in superior twin accommodation only.

Location to central benidorm and beachNice quiet pool area

I ate pork on the last night which was undercooked causing me to be unwell

Decor was a little dated TV was a little on the small side but everything was clean

Had a fantastic st patrick's day staying in the nereo hotel everything was brilliant from day one, location was great, 5 minutes to the main strip and beach, the food was OK the staff were absolutely brilliant and a special mention to the cleaning lady and the English lady at reception, I will be staying here for my next visit, highly recommended.

The hotel is lovely, central to everything, clean and tidy and excellent shower in the bathroom.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the room didnt have a kettle.

The staff and service was outstanding. The other guests were friendly and the evening entertainment was great!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The food and selection was beyond expectations and was absolutely fantastic and faultless. Cleanliness was first class and the rooms were perfect too.Great location and everything within walking distance. Slightly further walk tol old town area but still easily walkable .Great value for money all round.

Beautiful Hotel near the beach & nightlife , without being in the midst of it , exceptional food & hospitality! Highly recommended, we will definitely stay there again ! ✅
