Hotel Servigroup Castilla

The location was ideal, because it was set back away from the noisy centre. Hotel is spotlessly clean and food was delicious.

Food was good home cooking - plenty of choice and variety and extremely clean resturant

Would have been nice to get a coffee with evening meal with pudding

everything was excellent..staff great and very helpful..very quiet..

the evening entertainment finished at 10.30football on tv with sound on and music playing at same time,not relaxing

Staff weren’t very welcoming on check in also I booked aTwin room with a friend as was given a double. The also did not have curtains so was light from 6am

Good location, close to bars, restaurants and the beach. Price of drinks in the bar were very low. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Our shower didn't keep a constant temperature. It fluctuated between hot & luke warm. However water pressure was excellent and it didn't spoil our stay.

We had to checkout early (prior to 8am) therefore we ordered an early breakfast which was very poor. Only disappointment of our stay
