Hotel Servigroup Diplomatic 4 Sup

Staff great food great facility great

When we arrived we were put in a dog friendly room at the side off the pool bar with a big metal gate outside the balcony doors . 1 st floor

Being put in a dog friendly room

Stayed for 2 nights, didn't use any facilities so can't comment there. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Location is fab 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the main strip. Reception was helpful, easy check in and booked a taxi to the airport for our departure. Used the luggage room easy to use, safe and secure. Would stay here again.

Ideal location for us. Breakfast top notch - although could be maybe 30mins longer either side.

It’s a spa hotel, yet you have to pay extra which we didn’t see when booking

All was good food room and location

The swimming could be bigger

Great staff all very helpful everywhere immaculate & clean. Beautiful lounge area . Food very good choices.

We were top floor 625 as requested to avoid least noise next door TV far to loud going on till after 12 at night. Wardrobe doors/drawers slamming. Not much U.K. TV. All entertainment was Spanish.

Nothing, we left after 2 hours, wasn’t clean bugs on bedroom floor, rooms dated and we couldn’t eat as the restaurant was full and told we had to book! And we were full board.

Staff was rude, rooms dated and old, 2 single beds for a married couple and not enough towels, room was small and dirty

Hotel and staff were very good.

Breakfast lovely, other meals not so good.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Nice staff .

No tea and coffee in room .

Breakfast was ok ,location good

Decor and facilities can do with updating

the breakfast was superb , bar was good and not too expensive , check in and out was easy , very clean rooms

Nowhere comfortable to sit in the room , room furniture tired in need of updating , meals pricey

Facilities and food was really good.

Staff incredibly rude on arrival.

There was a good choice for Breakfast and Dinner (we chose to have half board). Nice light Dining Room with plenty of tables, nicely laid out. There was entertainment each evening in the Hotel, and even a couple one morning serenading us in the Lounge area with a violin and piano recital, which was well appreciated by all.

Nothing, all good,

Location, quick check in and out.Friendly reception..

Slow lifts

Excellent

We found the room small and had asked for a double bed had 2 singles which took up a lot of room if room was a bit bigger could have liked a comfy chair.

Lovely Christmas decorations, excellent Xmas lunch

Main evening buffet meal was ok but not great, needed more chicken dishes

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful it fully net all our needs being central, clean comfortable and the staff were more than helpful at all times.

There was nothing not to like.

Public area are good

Paid for a pool view but unless you lent over the balcony and cricked your neck you still struggled to see a pool Bedrooms a bit small and not to the high quality of public areas

Location, staff and food where excellent

Everything was fine

The hotel was in a perfect location staff were all helpful and friendly pools were amazing and the food was also amazing
