    Pros +

    • The wonderful location and the very helpful and pleasant staff.
    • +good food +amazing massage lady +very close to the beach -old rooms -nowhere does it say that the spa is not accessible for children. I booked to enjoy the spa with the whole family and I didn't even go into the spa. Very disappointed - Very cold in the rooms-The doors don't really close.
    • It’s was lovely views staff was lovely really nice hotel

    Cons -

    • The bed. Two small beds next to each other don’t make a queen bed especially when you can feel the gap between the beds. It was not comfortable in that way.
    • Nothing really beds wasn’t that comfortable but couldn’t moan about anything else
    • Nothing to complain about

This is our 3rd stay here and as usual, we had an amazing experience. The rooms with sea views are beautiful. Shower and bathroom facilities are great. Jacuzzi in the room extra special. The food is excellent, so much choice and available throughout the day. We especially enjoyed the afternoon tea, on occasion. Oh and cava for breakfast, what's not to like.Rooftop terrace amazing, especially to sip cocktails and watch the sun set, beautiful. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble wherever you were in the hotel ie reception, restaurant, bar, housekeeping, they were all very helpful with a smile. The location is perfect, a short stroll into the old town or around the beachfront. The hotel is beachfront. We can't wait to go back next year, and do it all again!

    Nothing to complain about

    Location, very beautiful

Everything, the hotel was at the top of a hill, but that didn't matter, closed to restaurant & bars and very close to the beach and bus stop for Mykonos town- great for a short stay

Three star property at prime location They can have it better

The room was too basic the flooring of bath room was not perfect water didn’t drained properly The location of pool wasn’t great

Food, hot tub, staff and roof bar

Broken lift for the 1st few days deposit for towels amd glass at pool, felt the ultra all inclusive was a bit of a lie as when we were at water park and zoo it only included entry

    9ClairePosted on: 6-7-2024

The location was spot on. The breakfast was amazing, great choice. Loved the double sunbeds.

Bedrooms are a little tight on space. That is the only fault we could find

    10HollyPosted on: 5-23-2024

The whole stay. The hotel is stunning. The rooftop bar area was so nice, with amazing views. The pool was downstairs and still had plenty of sun if you needed to head there to cool down. Breakfast, dinner and tea had plenty of different choices and there was even unlimited ice creams and ice lollies throughout the day too. We had all inclusive so drinks were included. The cocktails were so tasty, bonus with our rooms we had a mini fridge and anything we drank was replaced daily. So good.

The only thing that was disappointing about the hotel was cosmetic really. There wasn't any balconies on any of the rooms. And with having that amazing sea view sitting out on a balcony would have just made the holiday even better.

Great location. Great staff. Great food. Hotel provided birthday cake & coffee for my hubby served by a delightful & wonderful waiter (sorry don’t know his name but he had a cross tattoo on his neck)

Black and white interior. Spa very basic with steam room not working. An email I sent three times before I stayed at hotel, three times sent, was not answered after two times with the only reply after I resent it for the third time telling me ‘ perfect’ when I wrote I was disappointed for them not getting back ?‍♀️

Great location, really friendly, helpful staff especially the restaurant and room attendant, who are very attentive. Heavenly jacuzzi bath with sea view, topped off with luxury robes, slippers and towels, plus bottles of cava and truffles in our room, made our stay superb! Thank you all very much ???

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

    Room great, sea front great

A beachfront hotel that fails to deliver the basics. The staff are so busy, trying their best but if your concept of a hotel is a relaxing, chill out experience then best to keep away. First of all you have to book into the place. We received five e-mails before we drove there, we tried to book in on line as recommended . That process took half an hour and eventually didn’t work anyway thus when we arrived the receptionist took every passport for copying anyway. Our room was great, except for some reason the wall art seemed more Greek in origin than Spanish? (The first of many quirks in this establishment). The Eco warning signs about water wastage on the sink and toilet areas can’t go without notice. Ironic that the toilet inlet valve was faulty and silently drained water into the bowl all day. At breakfast we noticed that the bread, rolls, toaster was situated some 30 to 40 metres from where one plated the breakfast at the buffet. Cold breakfasts all round. Theres no tea or coffee available in the restaurant after your evening meal either. The food was varied, interesting and tempting. The price of a drink in one bar was less than the same drink in another bar. A pint of beer was cheaper than a soft “mixer” drink. The entertainment in the basement bar started at ten and was gone by eleven, so the bar staff became DJs which resulted in several silent pauses as they served at the bar before “changing the record” . That created a frosty atmosphere and people leaving in droves. So we we tried the pool. Prepare for an embarrassing walk through the reception area in wet swimwear , you have to change in your room there are no changing facilities in the pool area. The staff are hardworking but over enthusiastic !. One member of staff started mopping the floor in the bar, moving furniture whilst people are drinking there , the enthusiasm to stay waned somewhat .They were knocking on our door at 9-30 a m on a Sunday morning to clean the room , we weren’t even up ! We tol

The facilities are amazing. The food is delicious and the staff are very pleasant. The chill bar meant we could have a glass of wine watching the sun set and the whole hotel is spotless

The downstairs bar had some very crude guests in it and we had to leave 2 nights running

Nothing could not sit round the pool, ppl were putting towels on loungers and no room for any of us and we had are great grandaughter with us 9 yrs old food could not eat and the staff were very very very rude to just are family as we did watch them being polite to other guest did let Booking.com know this while theirs as we felt the hotel staff were against people who are Black and we were proved right a few times in this hotel, dreadful time

Respect for my family and we were the only family in the hotel from a Black background

    8LuisPosted on: 9-14-2023

The sea view from the jacuzzi. And the closeness of the beach.Good size TV, but complicated Internet connection.

The lack of an easy & good parking, and complicated procedure to opt to one of the few parking places available. The lack of ice machine on the hallway.Waiting in line several minutes for an elevator to arrive.Small swimming pool with few places.
