Nice setting and theming. Rooms comfy. Only stayed one night but no complaints

Pool area quite small so got busy. Played volleyball in front of swim up bar so couldn't pass. Rooms don’t have balconies

They have great entertainment, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, great food (breakfast, Lunch and dinner), all very clean.

The staff, food and I got a bath in my room which was really important for me

It was a little cold in the room but I asked for a blanket

We liked the activities for children and location of the hotel, also great value for money if you go for all inclusive option. ( booked direct through hotel for better price ) Food was better than expected and good choice .

Worn bedroom facilities , children's water park slides completely in shade (OCTOBER)

Great for families, lots of food choices, few min walk to beach and main strip.

Waterslides old and worn- the joins hurt.Gym was pointless.Lifts hardly worked causing huge lineups and wasted time everyday.Waterpark in photos looked great and huge- totally different to what it is actually like.

Staff were exceptional in most part.All inclusive alcohol wasn't watered down, leading brands

The water park was smaller than it looks in the photos but still better than everywhere else nearby.Not enough sun beds by the pool for the amount of guests in hotel

The lack of sunbeds and food selection. I kept getting lost in the hotel and there was no map provided

Very clean hotel, great staff. 5 minutes walk to sea front. 10 minutes in a taxi/ bus to benidorm centre. Great location, more relaxing than benidorm centre. Beach ideal for families.

I was on the 12th floor, which although not high for Benidorm standard, unfortunately no WiFi/ mobile signal at that height

Our stay at Magic Rock Garden was extremely disappointing. Despite paying in full before our arrival and completing the online check-in, we were told at check-in that our second payment was pending. We had proof of payment but were forced to pay the second installment again, resulting in an overpayment of 50%.The next day, the hotel confirmed we had indeed overpaid. The manager insisted this was the correct procedure, showing complete disregard for our evidence and concerns. We felt as if we had no rights unless we paid again, with the manager even suggesting we'd have to sleep on the beach if we didn't comply.We requested cots for our babies, but none were provided despite having proof of this request. Additionally, we received only six armbands instead of seven, leaving our 9-year-old boy without one.Though the overpaid amount was eventually returned, we spent days resolving these issues, significantly impacting our holiday. We were offered insufficient compensation (a brunch at the beach or a ticket to a nearby aqua park) despite booking an all-inclusive stay.We sent a letter of complaint but received no reply.Overall, our experience at Magic Rock Garden was far from pleasant. The management's lack of responsiveness and poor handling of our issues left us very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The food, the staff, the pools. Everything

When we arrived just after 12 am they could not find our booking, and it took about 30-45 min to figure it out, and the kids were so tiard. But everything went well and he found the booking. He was very nice, but the lost booking was frightening.

Entertainment staff were fantastic. the food was great with plenty of options

Halfway through our stay, my wife was showing in our room. She turned the tap off and was left confused with a continuous stream of warm water that she initially thought was a leaking shower head. To her discust, she discovered that the water was coming from the ceiling, as I am a building developer she immediately called me to look at the problem. I soon discovered that it was a broken grey waste soil pipe. Upon imidetelly informing the reception, I was totally shocked at the downright unprofessional and rude service that I got. After informing them of the issue. As I turned to walk away, I had not gotten 10 steps away to hear the sound of uncontrollable after coming from the two ladies behind the desk. I had just informed them that my wife has been showering in somebody else's filth, and due to the health implications but embarrassment, I did not expect such unprofessionlisim from them. To make the matter even worse I spoke to the GM I think her name was Ann Marie to inform her that maybe her staff might need a little more training in professionalism and customer care to be greeted with a defensive "well maybe they weren't laffing about that!" The problem I had is that when I approached, they were quiet and doing their jobs and something within 5 seconds of me being very polite about the whole situation and walking away give them a reason to burst out laffing like wild hyenas. Maybe something within that 5 seconds total unrelated happened, but given the seriousness and the embarrassment of the situation, they should have been more professional. The hotel, in general, was great, but this really did put a massive damper on me wanting to stay there.

Breakfast was not to my liking

1. Not enough fresh foods… 2. Internet on floor 3 was rubbish no quality.3.English channels not existent… unlike the 4. Spanish channels which were of great quality5. Pool water was freeezing much colder than cold water baths … needs investment some financial investment with heating the pool given the attraction of the hotel is the water slides

Great location both shopping and beach. Room size is good enough for family stay, they could do better arrangement of breakfast as I could imagine how much daily wasted food.

Amount of food selection that is too much. also the drink from the bar, if you return the empty glass, they will fill up etc so that can be control of waste drinks also control of empty glass every where in the hotel, sometimes I could see the empty glass in the lift.

Close to the sea. Location is great. Food is ok but could be more diverse. Aquapark is great.

Room and building itself is not new and need some investment into renovating. Big building with not obvious routes and its easy to get lost. Personal on reception looks not very happy. Huge amount of people, pool is small and overloaded. Room seems to be clear. But air conditioning is very noisy and for me it’s impossible to sleep with it.

Very expensive for a hotel surrounded by buildings in Benidorm.

We booked in for 3 nights at a cost of nearly €900 expectations were high unfortunately standards were very low . We stayed only 1 night and were reimbursed for the 2 nights we did not stay . Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
