Air con was barely adequate

The Staff just don’t like the British. No kettles or drinking water in rooms. Went into the breakfast room, got charged €7 for a coffee. When I complained I was told it was a buffet and should of had something to eat but no one in the group eats early. A nominal €2:50 would of been fine

Just the location

Dirty towels, all full of stains, asked for clean ones, all were the same. Extremely basic room, for the paid price.

Great location. Very friendly staff.Basic provision in the bedroom but very clean , everything worked, comfortable bed.Great value for money for a budget break!

Paper thin walls. Very noisy not good if you want to get some sleep alright if you want to do an all nighter. No coffee making facilities in the room either to help with the lack of sleep.

The hotel was fine and clean.

The view from my room was terrible and l couldn't leave my window open at night with the sound of the flags flapping in the wind.

Amazing location, very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. What more could you want?

The pillow was flat and hard i asked for another pillow but there wasnt any spare ones as "hotel was full"

Location is perfect, staff friendly

Breakfast very poor.. housekeeping not good either, didn’t clean bath area neither did they refill soap dispenser having requested they do so. Toilet area very cramped.

Hard to turn and reach taps in room 103 nothing to hold to get over bath to have a shower not suitable for elderly I had to get help to get shower

The location is perfect for the beach and the Old Town and can walk to the New Town

No pressure in our shower and only luke warm we did tell them but not sure they can do anything about it. Managed for 3 nights but any longer I would of asked to be moved.A few more plug sockets would help

The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. the price and location was excellent, can’t find anything to complain about.

Location, in the heart of the old town

Great location in old town minutes from tapas ally. Have the breakfast for7 euro it’s well worth it. I was more than happy with OLYMPIA for the great price

Perfect for us for one night stay. Friendly clean and great location.

We didn’t eat at the property as the breakfast choice was poor

Dissapointed that we had a party of 36 people staying and had to meet at a neighbouring bar because you only opened until 4 pm. We asked if you could open a bit later on one night for 36 folk to have our golf competition presentation but got refused. We have used this hotel for the past 2 years on out annual golf outing and have recommended it to other golf societies. I think next year we will be looking for a different venue

Filthy rooms, dirty balcony and all flooring falling to bits. Needs a full renovation.
