Hotel Oasis Plaza

I was using a manual wheelchair, so a ground floor room woudl be ideal. I was on holiday with my sister her daughters and my daughters. Having rooms together wuld have been an advantage.

Nothing, i am sorry to say i did not enjoy antything.

- I was given a room without windows- towels were humid and of poor quality - Staff was unprofessional and did not want to assist in any way- No minibar, no fridge, no oxygen, absolutely dissapointing experience! - parties until past 23:00, music was very loud.

Great location. Friendly staff. Pool area was great, always a sun bed available. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was good. Mainly an older Spanish clientele.

It would have been nice if more food options had the english translation as well as the Spanish.

The hotel room was small but was clean and had the little touches like toiletries well stocked up with towels and toilet rolls and the cleaners were there in the mornings too do there jobs nice and friendly, We only had room only it suited us because we did eat out for breakfast before we went too the beach, we ate at the restaurant called refuel the staff were friendly and helpful telling us where too go for drinks and nightlife for are stay, the walk too the beach from the hotel was about 15 minutes walk away down hill but walking back up it was a bit longer.

It is clean staff are nice and friendly, bed made daily with towels replaced daily and the free entertainment from friday till Monday was a awesome, relaxing and good to get to enjoy and learn about the Spanish culture. It is close to all amenities including a lovely clean beach and you could go on the boat to the Island. we are planning to visit soon and hopefully the hotel will mot be booked out on our future dates.The manager was a humble man that prioritise customers to ensure their satisfaction.

would be nice if there was a small fridge in our room.

I like how accommodating the staff are. It's near the beach and very accessible to everything-grocery and anything you need. It was worth the stay even if we booked it last minute. The place is nice and quiet. I would stay here again.

Location is close to the beach. The bed was comfortable. Very good breakfast and dinner. Main guest of the hotel were nice spanish pensioneres.

Floor in the bedroom

Comfortable twin room, everything spotless, great location, friendly staff, nice roof-top pool and sun area, guests 95% Spanish pensioners. Good food and plenty of it. I was on half-board and wine on tap was included with dinner, plus there was cava at breakfast! That was an unexpected treat.

The room was modern, clean. Shower was excellent.

You had to go to reception to borrow the iron. Iron wasn't in the room.No staff at the bar. Had to go to reception. Only a vendor machine at the roof top pool so take your own drink.

The hotel was in a good location not too far from the beach and main area of old town. The breakfast wasn't the greatest but the lunch and evening meals was lovely with a good variety to choose from. The rooms are basic but were clean and comfortable with everything you needed as not in the room much anyway, Also the beds were made each day along with fresh towels. We did have a good stay thank you and if we ever did come back to benidorm would consider staying here again

The rooms can be quite noisy as the walls are so thin that you can hear the others flush the loo and shower which is loud. We had polite quiet neighbours apart from the last night when the new people came in and were up til 4 very noisy. The evening entertainment seemed fun but as I think we were the only English there at the time it was all in Spanish so couldn't really get involved as didn't understand which isn't the hotels fault they just cater for the Spanish

No butter in restaurant just margarine..

Nothing staff couldnt understand me and only 1 tried to help

No electricity in room tv didnt work when moved room

The food was great staff more than helpful the room only had a small window looking at other room across from us

I can't say a bad thing bout staff or hotel very very clean you are just a street away from places to get food and beach only 10 minutes away

Spotless hotel room. Staff don't speak perfect English. Some none. We have Google translate. So no issues with my ignorance of not knowing Spanish.Only person I did not like was - Sebastian. Shame on you. Very dismissive. I wouldn't take that a detraction from this hotel. In my experience there is always a staff member thats just there for a job. So refused to feed me lunch. Not even a surcharge option.The hotel was immaculate. Cleaner on every day. The food was plentiful. You could have the items in English. Again. Google translate resolved this. Staff always smiling. Big shout out to Sam(Miguel). The lady on the bar and the hotel manager. Lastly, Jose who was very kind enough to provide me with a safe key. I would be more than happy to return to this hotel. Nice friendly and welcoming staff. Good sized clean rooms. Quite a good breakfast and dinner meals. Rooftop terrace with pool and table and chairs to relax. About a 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the old city centre.
